Yeah and it's not each one doing their own motifs, if faker does his motif, sonic does too, if lord x does his motif, sonic does too it's like they're all just having fun singing lol
I just imagine the three taking the entire planet and turning it into a grimdark hellscape while singing a carol as everyone unfortunate enough to live on said planet watches in horror.
Coming back to this song years later, this song is one of the most influential melodic songs in generic fnf- there are two chord progressions/patterns referenced in a lot of current fnf songs i can immediately discern while listening. Saster and Adam both have created the melodies that build up a lot of the songs heard today
I imagine Lord X sitting on a chair, and having a blowpipe in his mouth, wearing the same santa hat and glasses from the leak, as the chair is made of dead animals' furs, as he sings to the beat of Sonic.exe, and Revie Sonic.exe. Millions of versions of EXE, including Sark, Exetior, and Pervision, along with their minions watch the 3 sing, while others, including their masters, kill everyone in the village.

While the callbacks to Execution and Black Sun are well done I really love the leitmotif of ice cap zone in the instrumental at 3:15. Such a good reference and done in a way that sounds really good Edit: The vocals in this part too are also from Ice Cap, what an absolute slap Also yes I know the Execution motif used is the one in Cycles (with the extra notes), i just called it a reference to execution bc thats where the original version of it came from

I think the scenario would be EXE,sonic.exe,and lord x discussing on what to get for the rest of the crew. The setting would be them in a house next to the fireplace while trying to list things. While on the other hand it's like an argument. That's me thinking tho. I can't wait to see what actually happens! I love this song! Desperate to see the finished product of the update! Headcanon: The .EXEs have an equivalent to Christmas called Slaughtersmas were all .EXEs from all kinds of franchises, timelines and universes are invited to party, play games (which usually include murder of innocent souls) and sing with Slaybells being a classic carol

I honestly think that the song will get replaced, you can’t change the vocals because it just won’t work. No one currently in the mod has the vocals that fit into this, unless they add someone who fits into this song but as of rightnow, I think they’re gonna replace the song
I think the creators are so great they'd make a third one for whoever is left Considering that, in headphones/earphones, you can hear EXE and Lord X on the left and sonic.exe on the right, they'll probably do like shaggy and matt and put the two on the toher side with their own lines. Though though though, we can hear as if Lord X is also lower, and EXE high up. Unsure if it's because of height, but we could think Lord X could have his back turned, like they're in some right triangle. Now, let's think idle sprites because who looks at who when? Imagine if they made it switch for between who's singing! Instead of just two dudes looking at each other, we get some tilt! Or at least with sonic.exe and Lord X, cuz EXE... oh-hoho, his eyes are dilated enough to see everything anyway (this is a joke xd) Also, I'd love to see them with switched poses! If this song ever get’s released in an upcoming update to the mod, I feel you should replace EXE with Majin Sonic. I think he’s look good in a Santa hat and beard. I would also say Majin because his sound test code is literally 12 25 which is the day that Christmas happens on

@@bluekirby6120 That may be true but in the end Revie was eventually given full permission to EXE. Since Revie’s not in the project anymore then they have to replace EXE. They’re already removing Faker and Black Sun
@@SuperChief138 It will sound different for sure. And because we're so used to this one, it's definitely hard to adapt to the new version, regardless of the quality.
I imagine what each one looks like: EXE wears Knuckles's gloves, and due to his height, wears a torn sweater. Lord X, dressed up as Santa, holding a bag of the victims he killed, wears a scarf, and smokes a pipe. Sonic.exe looks primarily similar to the one in the vid.
I feel like they have to redo the entire song, none of the other characters currently in the mod fit into this. I see people suggesting Majin Sonic be put in here but the thing is his voice is to unique, you have Sonic that has a deep voice and Lord X that has a weird distorted voice. Put Majin with his SEGA Genisis soundchip vocals in and it doesn’t fit. The song was made with the 3 EXEs in the mod currently in mind, and if you Take EXE out and try to replace it with someone else, it doesn’t work. I don’t know what they’re going to do but I am pretty sure the song is going to be scrapped and replaced, such a shame.
