Here it is, the grand ol' second part to the Bill Cipher Pibby stuff. Was it worth the wait? Who knows. One thing's for sure: I took way too long to finish this.
It's definitely my most ambitious piece of work yet - whether that means it's the best I've made or not is up for debate. Either way, I think I learned a lot from it, and that makes it somewhat worthwhile regardless.
For all of those who would like to use the song/assets in a mod, remix, cover, or other transformative project, feel free! Just as long as you give credit.
