Friday the 13th (1980) FILMING LOCATIONS: Every filming location| The REAL gas pump location 

I lived in Blairstown from 1967 to 1980, and visited there almost weekly until the late 80's. Yes, you got those gas pumps in about the right place. And, yes, they jumped around a lot from place to place, but that's the magic of movie making. Those arches were a library when the movie was made and now the building looks abandoned. It was a grist mill many ages ago, and is a great part of Blairstown history.

Great job! One of the best location tours I've ever seen, particularly how you juxtaposed your movements with those of the actors from 1979.

You are in my hometown! My grandparents' and grands are buried at Cedar Ridge Cemetery on Rt. 94. Mr. James Blair Founded Blairstown but, sadly, he never become the Mayor. He is buried behind that old mill up on the hill next to the small dam/bridge. The old mill was also used as a library when my mother, aunt & Uncles' were in high school. The theater is a different color. The Diner......my mom & Aunt worked in there as teens. I met the owner as a child in the early 80's (the kids run it today). My Gramps was known for his trout fishing. The museum holds all the movie props today. Blairstown does annual Halloween event and I was on the Jersey News for a few seconds, lol. I am 45 now. As for those pumps, the station has the Hope ZIP code. Of you go down Millbrook Rd, you will go down a big hill and end up in Millbrook Village. It's open year round but, the houses are NOT open. The general store is only open once a year. There's also an old one-room schoolhouse no. 82 and to the right, on the hill is the village cemetery. Graves are very old and every grave is sunk in. Fair warning, it's best NOT to drive down the big hill on Millbrook Rd after it snows, even 4WDs' get stuck trying to get out and Old Mine Rd is closed during winter.

I love the Friday the 13th series. I always have. I wish I was old enough to have been able to see the first one in the theater. These movies just never get old & they’re just timeless. I watch them every year.

Great job! Everything was perfect about the first film, the story, location, casting, filming and editing and the music. People still love the original movie all these years later.

At least the creepy green jeep didnt pick you up. Poor Annie, if only she knew what she was in for. Lol Trivia: that green jeep was used by both the Steve Christie character and Pamela Voorhees. The studio wanted to create an air of who dun it by having the audience believe Ralph or Steve may be the killer. Legend has it that there is a great pair of scissors waiting to stylize your mop you've been wearing since Corona came out lol Great hit out of the ballpark as always my friend Also its become official. Mike warned them. Hes first to expose the gas pump location. The rest are all doomed who try to follow in filming. Barrone in Greek translates to beat you to it people!!!!! Now I task you with finding the location where Annie jumped out of the Jeep. Some folks say its going down the road where the turn is going to the camp But that cant be since the Jeep sped away from the entrance

Thanks for the Clarity on the Fuel pumps, I assumed the pumps were in Hope where the Antique store now stands. Who knew the Moravian Cemetery was just down the block from the Cafe Annie met Enos? Movie Magic, great video!

I lived in Blairstown during the filming of that movie. I lived up on the hill where you see Annie walking down the sidewalk @ 4:11 time stamp. There are 2 Victorian houses there and I lived in one of them. I went to Blair Academy and my English teachers dog was in the film at the gas pumps. We thought that was so funny back then. I see the town hasn't changed at all. Wow lots of memories

Actual Filming started either Late August of Sept of 1979, concluding in October of 79.
