The writing on the back of their jumpsuits says New Detroit Stamping which is actually an 8 mile reference! Thats the place B-Rabbit worked when he was broke and needed the money.
Have patience. Did you expect him to be the first RU-vidr to drop a reaction video? When has he EVER done that? Shaq has to listen to every song five times and watch reactions from guys like Knox Hill, that way he can "catch" all the bars for his "spontaneous first watch" videos where he pretends to have never heard the song before despite giving away multiple times that he knows what lyrics are coming next. So let Shaq have his process. He'll drop a video once he's staged a good reaction.
His nose was on the glass ceiling, right after he says he hates ceilings..and the timing with the lyrics while his nose was doing that is CHEF'S KISS!!
Stop with the chefs kiss shit. Why do people always start saying the same damn thing as others all the damn time. It's repetitive unoriginal and annoying. Ain't that what we sre fighting against anyway? Everything always sounding the same. Read a book and get a better vocabulary if you can't think of anything different than the next person.
@saiyan_jt1339 it's annoying seeing the same shit all the time. I know people with short attention spans don't mind it and can't see anything wrong with it because they are not smart enough to see the stupidity in it. But when your more intelligent stupid shit tends to piss you off.
all real em fans knew it was his house the second baby tron started walking and ems street came up lol us who been listening to em since 2002 knew this lol
@@gojsterit’s ‘stamping’. The Detroit areas has a lot manufacturing (especially for the automotive industry) and the process of turning sheet metal into various products/parts via mould presses is called ‘stamping’
The detroit stamping was where Em was working in 8mile. And where Him and Xzibit was battling by the food truck. -- And the White castle in the backround, EM is doing a Merch collab with them and made a Tshirt and Hat. I actually work at White castle and bought both. Can't wait to get it.
Man, I am just lucky I was born at the right time, to see Eminem grow from SLIM to Eminem and the whole Journey from Detroit. Also coming from a not-so-easy childhood, EM's home turning into infinite steps and his verse on it, man I had goosebumps and tears.
You’re the first one I’ve seen to get those subtle scenes 😂 like big Sean laughin at him or when em says “when have I em ever retreated you never seen it” and Sean goes “you ever seen that?” And tron goes “nah never” shits hard 😂
When em says “maybe I’m the goat that bit Sean and babytron and that’s why they be on the shit they be on” is so underrated. He says it so quick nobody ever catches it
I just caught that not even from this bar but from the song. I was thinking im like wait so did nem bite babytron and bigsean in the detroit stampin ? In the beginning of the video hes like glitching in the factory like hes almost haunting the place like how hes haunting the rap game and detroit rap as a whole
It's a little weird people miss it because it's the obvious punchline of the chorus. Was literally waiting for Em to call himself the goat, implying he bit them through his influence
@@sanguinepenguin9576 Nah you will never hear Em say "im the best, im the greatest" If he is going to call himself a GOAT, which he can rightfully do, then he will always do it 3rd person and showing someone some love Its just how Em is PS: Em is THE GOAT, fuck the haters they can eat my ass
HE PRESSED HIS NOSE ON THE GLASS TO MAKE IT LOOK LIKE JAY-Z's NOSE. Also, he said simultaneously "How rappers I've already ripped could be" It's definitely a shot at Jay. 💀😂
From the time he was sitting at his childhood house...where he said the bit by spider line...when he said me mustve been a goat it was followed with lyrics saying he dreamt of being there with the hope he could change lives and be the one to inspire others..and then he proceeded to walk through Detroit Stamping-his job in 8 mile which he never worked at..he worked at burger king but used detroit stamping bcz its where many worked and it was considered menial by alot bt was respected as a consistent employer in Detroit..hard workers struggling some w/goals to do better..eminem worked 60 hours a week at BK when Hailie was born so its his story bt paid respect by using DS..so hes walking us through all the major points abt his life reminding us he didnt walk in with respect handed anywhere...goes up stairs just like his csreer climbed and then after hes off stairs the melly mell starts..Em says he was dissed by one of the ones that inspired him to try abd when hes told to let it slide like he hasso many times bcz Mel is a legend he FINALLY stops being quite out of respect to remind melly and us HE is a Legend too. In many ways he IS the legend right now. He was discovered by a Legend..became a Legend and then discovered another Legend 50...this song is him saying the same thing abt the reason they don't have me at 1..hes on a list under ppl who havent had nearly his numbers and have lost to him publicly. This video tells a huge story
When he said “how rappers I’ve already ripped can be, higher up on a list than me”, look at how he pressed his nose up against the window. What other rapper has a nose that kinda looks like that? (Out of the top 5)
If you’ve seen 8 Mile, THEN YOU MAY REMEMBER. He spent his days working at a machinery factory before everyone knew his name. In the 2002 film, the scenes of Em at work were shot at NEW CENTER STAMPING Inc. oooooooeeeeee... if you know you KNOW
Seeing Eminem sitting in the stairs of his house, bring back memories they killed this can't for this Album love the video NLG family stay motivated Dream big 5 mill on the way let's get it dats Tuff it's Slim shady season now
Not talking shit. But you literally tell every different channel I watch three same ending comment about how many followers they Almost have lol. Noticed this from movie bot like a month ago
Em killed his new self to bring his old self back in the video...and yes the back of ems jumpsuit says New Detroit Stamping which is the place that B-Rabbit worked in 8 mile.
i think he pressed his nose against the glass as a metaphor of it shrinking. Like when Pinoccio lied, his nose would grow, so this is the opposite as he is demonstrating that he's speaking the truth, so it does the opposite of growing.
I do see that interpretation and it makes sense but I can also see the interpretation on Em putting his nose against the glass because of the glass ceiling there is for him in Rap because of his race
He has to listen to the songs several times and watch a few other reactions so he can "catch" all the bars on his "first-time listen" for his reaction. So give Shaq some time to prepare and rehearse his "spontaneous" reaction video.
@@supershayloman961 Sales and streams say you don't know wtf you're talking about. Nobody is ahead of him and career wise I doubt anyone currently in the game will surpass him.
jumpsuit : “New Detroit Stamping. Top in Class Since November 2002. Detroit. Michigan. 8 Mile” also the White Castle refers to “White Rapper” Established in 1972
Love the Detroit representation. Three generations of Detroit artists on the same track and they all killed it. And tons of Easter eggs throughout the video. Cole Bennett is a genius.
Its Friday Morning and I can only imagine how you have feeling! Finished the album and now im just waiting for you to do your thing!!! Love from Canada!
8:32 when sean says he's omnipresent and has no reflection his whole body except his eyes and teeth disappears as he is saying the line
I wish people would understand that the Wes Kraven bar isn’t about a movie director it’s about a rapper from the D named Wes Kraven that makes scary horror raps that’s a bad ass lyrics
Sub? Lol cause he never did a song with Nas I think and him and Kendrick have too much respect for one another for him to say that about Dot. Gotta be Jay Z
