He’s on the Brady list due to him being caught lying and falsifying records on multiple occasions. He can’t even testify in court now because of it and prosecutors won’t touch any case he brings forth. Just so that everyone knows, he’s a horrible cop and a horrible human being. True, but for a deputy sheriff, this guy always has a smile on his face, frankly getting arrested by him, if you take responsibility, is far from an ordeal like in some other states.

Frank is THE best. I wish there were more Franks in this world! To Franks mom: thanks for having Frank and raising such a great guy!! He’s an inspiration. Got pulled over in Alabama, 50 miles from Birmingham. Was doin 63 on a back country road. The Sherriff I dealt with was a great guy, just like Frank, saw that i hadn't had a ticket in over 10 years and let me off with a warning. I took his advice and 4 hours later we got home safe. i'd just like to thank all of the great officers out there that use good judgement, with people ,like me, that sometimes use poor judgement. God Bless America and the finest law enforcers around. Please stay safe.

This show is a public relations stunt , do you know this guy is on the Brady list for dishonest cops, which is why he doesn't show up in court if you challenge the tickets, because he isn't allowed to testify because of his past dishonesty. A man his age doing traffic duty is a demotion not an honor, he is doing a rookies job because he's been busted down to it.

Great episode. My dad has ridden out with me a couple of times. I’ve always had that fear of something happening in front of my mom sitting next to me. I’m on a motorcycle now so I don’t have to worry about ride alongs now.
