Im still amazed that Sheriff Lamb is still such a bright and cheerful and joyous soul after the loss of his child. Nothing but the highest respect for the man, especially with how he has moved forward after that loss...I dont know how anyone does it at all, much less someone in such a stressful position as the elected sheriff of a border county.

A small percentage of people in any profession are jerks, but cops are under constant video scrutiny. MANY TIMES the "cellphone video" you see has been carefully cut down so you only see the officer's reaction and not what the criminal was doing prior. That is why bodycams have ENORMOUS support from cops. Two of the guys I knew bought their own cameras back in the 80's when they were super-expensive...just to protect themselves from the BS claims of abuse made by career criminals...

Sloup completed most of the report the next morning (Sunday, April 9th) and then worked an off-duty job at Chase Field. On Monday, April 10th, Sloup obtained the arrested person's driving record from Colorado and submitted the final report to another supervisor for review. The date of the report submittal automatically printed "April 10, 2017" and the reviewing supervisor dated his review "April 10, 2017" as well. Two months later, a clerk noticed the corrections and notified a supervisor. He was then told he may face possible disciplinary action for altering an official document, even to correct it. Two months later, Frank resigned. Never watched the other RU-vid videos I came across that by accident and I love Franks personality and people like him that haven’t given up on the good of this country.,❤I was a paramedic and a flight nurse/ er. I am sure because I live in Ca I have had so many preventative traumas that may have ended differently than they did if we had more like you and your county and your dedication to your community. I was a Texas Sheriff's Deputy (as well as other things in my LEO career) and I just wanted to say thank-you for all you do. I remember my wife was watching "Fridays with Frank" and I had never seen it. She said come watch this guy he's hilarious & awesome. I sat down and watched and looked at her and said this guy is me, she said, "what?" I said this is exactly how I did my job (traffic was always my thing too. I enjoyed the interaction with people, helping them etc.) So thank-you for putting the "happy, Jovial, but firm and fair" type of policing out there for everyone to see. Eh, that kind of rhetoric has been said by every generation prior. "Grr kids these days" when in fact the kids of their own generation weren't any better. Hell, in my job I run accross far more entitled and rude Gen X to Silent Gen than I do younger people.

My favorite is how you talk to the sovereign folks..other police officers need to know how to keep in control of the situation and not let them take over. You are quick , short and you stay in charge. AND..how you smoothly handcuff people… sometimes they don’t even know they are. AND thank you to your superiors who support your officers!

I was in the fire service my entire career and had a chance to work with a lot of police officers. Frank is the kind of officer I would have wanted to have my back. The VAST majority of cops are cool and decent. You asked in your 100th episode what our favorite episode is. My favorite is when you stop a real criminal and you have him open the door. You are talking to him casually and ask him to lean forward. Before he knows what happened, you have him hand cuffed in about seven seconds still in the driver seat. I've seen you do that about three times. Brilliant!

When are they going to put a stop to THIS? I have been a targeted individual the last 30 years, and every American needs to HEAR MY STORY, because what the monsters did to ME, they are now doing to YOU ALL. When the criminal harassment by agents started in 87-88, they had a legit right to watch me. At the time, I was young and wild and dating a drug dealer. I stopped dating him and stopped all drug use in 88, but the harassment never stopped. They have tapped every phone, hacked every computer and criminally and repeatedly entered every home i have lived in during these years since. I now don't leave my home unless I hire a house sitter because the filthy agents refuse to STAY OUT OF MY HOME. I couldn't understand for years, WHY they were targeting me. I'm married, don't do anything illegal and am a Christian since 94. It wasn't until 2018 that I knew WHY. I was sick with a skin disorder that I am now convinced was another bioweapon being tested on us. I was examining my skin with a magnifier when i found strange, matching sets of holes in my inner wrists and knees. They looked like tiny tunnels, but couldn't be seen with the naked eye. I had no idea how they got in my skin, and I hadn't seen any doctors or taken any shots in years. So I got out a sterile needle and opened up those holes and took samples from them and viewed it under my microscope. (A hobby I have had many years.) I was speechless at what I found. I t was a clear, COMPUTERIZED GEL, and it was laid out in a ladder shaped grid system, that had tiny rice shaped batteries around it's outer perimeter. It had pine tree shaped antennas that had perfectly symmetrical branches with metallic looking little balls on the tip of every branch. It was slowly collapsing it's structure as it cooled to room temperature. I had never seen anything like it in my life. Finding this tech in my body explained many things I had wondered about the last twenty years. It explained why I heard a man's voice in my head sometimes. It explained why he pretended to be GOD that the things he said weren't always Godly. It explained why things got moved or hidden from me during my sleep, and why I was WATCHED CONSTANTLY through my OWN EYES. The FILTHY, DISGUSTING, LOWLIFE MONSTERS HAD HACKED MY BRAIN, and it was WORSE THAN RAPE! I told my local chief of police, when I reported finding it, that at least a woman can HEAL after being raped. There is no 'healing' from this, according to what Elon Musk says in his videos. He sells this stuff, though I cannot imagine why ANYONE in their right mind would EVER want it!! I found a picture of it right on DARPA'S website, under Obama Brain Initiative. I KNEW what would be in the vax when they said one was coming, and unfortunately, I was right. Dr Carrie Madej, and Dr Ricardo Delgado were some of the first to identify it in the shots. It's also in the masks/tests, and swabs, and NOW they are putting it in our FOOD/BEV AND MILK!!! I am here to tell you that this absolutely EVIL tech from HELL is FAR MORE than 'gene therapy'!!! It lets the filthy monsters see and hear every thought we have! It lets them talk to us mentally. It lets them even TAKE OVER OUR BODY during certain stages of sleep, and use OUR BODY to do whatever they WANT TO, and we have little or no memory of it, much less any CONTROL OVER IT! @@bayralysisyou don't think there's a reason people act that way? There's a huge divide between citizens and the police and to think it's solely one sided means you're probably part of the problem. As policing gets better, the attitudes towards police will get better.
Great channel. I was blessed as a paramedic to have great sheriffs in San Mateo County and police in Menlo Park (CA) in the 70s have my back. Sheriff Lamb and Deputy Frank still keep that level of professionalism going. They serve people of their community and set an example for others.
Deputy Sloup, I’m 33 years old and making a big career change to law enforcement. Served in the military for 13 years across two branches. I watch all of these videos and really enjoy how you interact with people. I have a similar style of talking to people. And will remember these videos as I start this transition to law enforcement.

Have had no investment, numbers and resources cut, training establishments closed down, all the experience has gone and retention is unbelievable.
