Stress can make it difficult to focus sometimes. But it's worth pushing a little bit - you have some lovely makes on the go and will feel great when they are done. I have just finished a small patchwork quilt - my first ever. I found it hard going at times and wanted to start something easy but now all the blocks are done and laid out on my floor and it's so nice just to think I made that. x

I love watching the pattern scout in America go round the thrift shops and alter stuff she buys. It's fun. Me and jen do the charity shops wherever we go too 😊
Here in Australia it’s called Op shopping and I love it I buy a lot of my fabric from Op shops which often means I use fabric I wouldn’t have bought new. Often I love the finished items other times it goes back to the Op (Opportunity) shop 😅
I’m loving your fabric choice for the Danny dress……super funky! I love browsing in charity shops, but rarely get the opportunity to do so, so instead, I love to see what others have bought, so I’m definitely interested in that. I’m also quite jelly over your raffle prize…..what a stunning gift!
Hi Adele, we call going to the charity shops, "Thrifting", Here in Tennessee. It can be great fun to take a group of people and see what bargains we all come out with. 🎉
Oh I have found some amazing bargains in charity shops, I got a Boden winter cashmere blend coat for £12 once. It’s worth finding out if there are any of the boutique charity shops as some of the charities class certain areas as boutique and send designer /higher end goods to those shops first 😊

Is your Think Pink box fabric the colour it shows on the screen? Or is it a lot darker? I have the blue colourway and it's such a dark navy that it looks almost black.
