Delicious homemade Kabobs!
Ing:
2 lbs uncooked ground beef
21/2 cups of canola oil for frying
2 tbsp gluten free quick oats
2 egg yolks
11/2 tsp of onions powder
1 tbsp cajun seasoning
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tbsp lemon pepper (optional)
2 tsp of fresh ginger and garlic
11/2 tsp of lemon pepper
salt to taste
avocado oil spray
11/2 tsp of gharam masala
1/2 cup fresh cilantro, fresh is much better but I didn't have any in the house
2 tbsp of ghee melted
2 cups oil if you are planning on frying ir
Method:
In the food processor add the oats and grind it then add the meat in it and the ghee, ginger and garlic, lemon pepper, salt, onion powder, gharam masala, egg yolks, and pulse the food processor until well combined. Lastly add the fresh coriander and black pepper and mix completely. Let the mixture sit for about 20 min then roll them in desired shapes and fry it until nice and brown!
