When I use to eat meat, I would love corn beef with lots of onions and tomatoes eaten with white rice and a touch of that pepper - that food banged. Since I saw the light and gave up meat, I only look now
❤️that it is a meal in itself n it’s quick to prepare. Corn beef used to be a poor man’s lunch but it has gone pricey of late like all beef products. A great recipe to add to my quick list🧑🍳🥰

Thank you for this. I gave up eating wheat and not a lover of white flour, I shall make these using white whole wheat flour, fill mine with either salt fish or slat mackerel
those look really good, how did i miss this recipe. ( about a month ago) I always watch for you and terri-ann. I wonder if i could air fry instead of deep frying? I try to stay away from deep frying, (im old) lol love to deep fry and the taste but at my age not to good for me.
