Very interesting vibe I didn't think about that, but this seems accurate. The lack of faces does lend to a bit of a Fever Dream feeling that you only somewhat remember throughout life.
@@rubencatuncut6695 The lack of faces, the distortion effects, and the bright colors really set the tone for something your mind might be struggling to remember, but I really love that feeling when it comes to interpreting music. You did pretty good and the message of a country's loss of self is pretty strong nowadays. Not sure if it was intentional, but I love the detail of the flag being the swirl pattern instead of traditional straight lines, like it is spiraling into something it's not, and at the end the blue pattern is on the bottom, like this is it we have completely lost all values and everything is the wrong way around. Regardless, I now only think of this video whenever I listen to the song, it is a pretty amazing take on it! 💛
@@notboshy0644 The swirl is funny because a lot of the times I'll think of a cool visual and usually messages come to me after. Originally the swirling flag was just "Man I really really don't want to have to draw every stipe of the flag for 24 frames", but in the end the spiral added to the distortion feeling of the whole video. A lot of times there is a message it's just not concrete even as the creator which I think gives a lot to the viewer to think about the themes and come up with more concrete conclusions based on their own personal experiences. The themes I put out are more of a jumping off point that allows me to go wild with the visuals and not be held down by needing to appeal to a specific message.

@@slaytanicc I don't enjoy explaining the meaning behind videos, but the surface level interpretation is "The Love I Lost For America", a play on the lyrics which imply a woman to instead be about a country in decay.
