FRIED CAULIFLOWER RECIPE:
Wet Ingredients
3 Cups water
1/2 Cup ground flaxseed
1/2 Cup hot sauce
1/4 Cup mustard
Dry Ingredients
3 Cups all purpose flour
2 Tbsp adobo seasoning (optional)
1 tbsp white or black pepper
2 Tbsp Old Bay seasoning
1 Tbsp Garlic powder
1 Tbsp Onion Powder
1 Tbsp vegan chicken salt (optional)
1 Tbsp ground Paprika
1 Tbsp Red pepper (optional)
2 Tbsp lemon pepper

Where i live , you can’t find everything and when you find it it’s super duper expensive. So I really can’t afford being vegan. I do the best i can.

Shade Vrutaal Sis, you do realize that they just made fried cauliflower and onion rings, right? You can’t find cauliflower? Onions? All purpose flour? Basic seasonings? Vegetable oil? Literally being vegan is so easy. It only gets difficult when you want to make exotic recipes like vegan steak and stuff like that. For starters, you can be vegan without buying expensive substitutes and mock meats. The most common foods around the world like rice, beans, carrots, broccoli, flour, ext can be found practically anywhere. Where do you live exactly?

Melanin Mir . Yes some things i easy to find but not everything. I know some friend that order their thing from US. I live in Curaçao, just next to Aruba. Organic Cauliflower right now is super expensive where i live. Because they have to import it. We have some local fruits and vegetables but only when we had some rain. We used to get from Venezuela but since the border closed and that, everything changed.

Ooooh!. Try the shredded pork with BBQ sauce, replacing the pork with oyster mushrooms...so darn good, it taste like bbq pork...Also put it on a bun and eat it. It won't disappoint you

Big Up!! I live in a vegan village in Israel. We are from the diaspora, mainly the U.S. We are Hebrews who have been in Israel for 50 years. eating a plant based diet is part of our belief system. Now see, Ya'll could have made a meal outta that some well seasoned mashed potatoes or buttered & salted rice! Corn on the cob or canned, some sweet peas & salad! Yum! I fry the cauliflower & shrooms & serve it. People say I knew you wouldn't be able to stick with that "no animal eating stuff" Then I bust it out on em - it's not fried chicken!
