Ingredients:
For marination:
Chicken
Chicken tikka masala
Lemon juice
Yogurt
Salt
For frying:
Milk
Corn flour
Eggs
Preparation:
• Add horizontal cuts on your chicken piece to make sure all the marinade can go right in.
• In a bowl mix chicken tikka masala, lemon juice, salt and yogurt to make your marinade.
• Add all your chicken pieces and rub the marinade generously on all of them. Make sure you cover all cuts and edges.
• Cover the chicken and refrigerate for about an hour.
• Add 1-2 tbsp of oil to a frying pan.
• Add you chicken piece and grill them on high heat for 3 mins each side. This will give you a nice charred look and will seal the chicken juices.
• Cover the pan with the lid and cook the chicken for few mins.
• Now mix cornflour, egg and milk in a bowl and coat the half cook chicken with the mixture.
• Heat oil in a wok and add chicken in it.
• Deep fry the chicken for few minutes and then drain it in kitchen towel.
• Serve hot🔥
