Fried chicken with cauliflower in one pan is a quick and tasty dish for the whole family. This chicken recipe could be your go-to recipe for a quick lunch or dinner. ▪ chicken thigh fillet - 400 g
▪ cauliflower - 500 g
▪ red onion - 1 pc.
▪ garlic - 2 cloves
▪ vegetable oil for frying - 2 tablespoons
▪ butter - 20 g
▪ salt - ½ tbsp + ½ tsp
▪ ground black pepper - ¼ tsp
▪ parsley 2-3 sprigs - optional
0:01 Let's start cooking fried chicken with cabbage in one pan.
0:12 Prepare the cauliflower - Separate the cauliflower into florets. Put the cauliflower in boiling salted water (½ tablespoon) and cook for 5 minutes. Drain the water from the cauliflower and set it aside for now.
0:59 Cut the chicken thigh fillet into medium pieces.
1:17 Cut the onion into half rings, and finely chop the garlic with a knife or pass through a press.
1:51 Pour 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil into a preheated pan and fry the chicken over high heat for about 5-7 minutes. Transfer the chicken to a plate. Reduce the fire.
2:21 In the same pan, add a stick of butter, add the onion and saute the onion over medium heat for about 3 minutes, add the minced garlic and fry for about 3 more minutes.
2:51 Move onion aside, add cauliflower, salt (½ teaspoon), ground black pepper (¼ teaspoon), stir and cook 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally. In the process of frying, combine the onion with cauliflower.
