If you've got a thing for Fried Green Tomatoes and if you've got a thing for Chicken Parm/Eggplant Parm and the likes; then this makes sense for you. Do it.
Tomato sauce is just a basic tomato sauce using 2 quarts of home-canned tomatoes in tomato juice. Dump, chop and stir in some garlic salt, pepper, "italian seasoning" and some garlic paste or fresh chopped/diced garlic. Bring to a boil and simmer until you've reached your desired consistency. Runny or thick is up to you, fam.

Once your sauce and FGTs are done; fire up the broiler in your oven and place a few FGTs on some foil and put your favorite cheeses overtop; I used Muenster and Mozzarella but you use whatever you want.
Let the cheese melt/darken a bit and then serve over your favorite pasta/sauce combination and garnish with a bit of Parsley, serve with garlic bread of course.
