@@ok6114 Ya, because it's fucking massive, which means all the heat is getting stuck in the bottom and not able to transfer to the top. You can't cook an egg that big like this, it would need to be scrabbled and stirred frequently. Otherwise you get what we saw here, way to over cooked on the bottom and way to raw on the top.
