●Fried rice with Ma-yu and Negi-abura(for 1 serving)
200 g cooked rice
1 egg
50 g Char Siu
some salt and pepper
1 tbsp Negi-abura
1 tsp Ma-yu
some spring onion
●Ma-yu
10 cloves garlic
200 ml oil
100 g lard
●Negi-abura
some green part of green onion
1 sliced ginger
100 ml oil
●Char Siu(for 200 g)
300g pork shoulder
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp Shaoxing wine
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp oyster sauce
1 tsp ginger juice
1/4 tsp Chinese 5-spice powder
