I was just about to say something similar. For perfect pups everytime though, put the batter in the freezer for about 10 mins before frying them. Makes it hard enough to keep its shape.

Dude me and my wife just saw your fry packets at the Walmart we live near I didn't know you made them and we also just tried your Cajun two step she had no clue it was a seasoning I wanted to try it was fire dude she used it for Cajun pasta with chicken keep making the stuff the is "money dude"!
On my catfish I like smearing a little yellow mustard on em just enough to hold a good coat on and when it cooks it taste sort like lemon. I like the big cats better it just takes a little prep on cutting the blood line and fat layer. Get better hush puppies with a little less liquid you want the batter like I like my women thik thik baw. Lol
