As a Greek, i would like to take a moment to express my deep grief and sadness for the unexpected death of the unfortunate British helth Doctor and presenter of the BBC channel, Dr Michael Mosley. All my thoughts and prayers are with his dear family and I am sending my warmest condolences to his wife and his 4 children...We are all devastated by the sad news here in Greece, as we all hoped for a better ending, and that Dr Mosley would be still found alive somewhere, maybe wounded, but still alive ... Unfortunately, the news were not good at all... I know Dr Mosley was a very important person, and very popular Doctor in Britain and in Australia, but i want the British people who might read my text on here to know that is also a great sorrow for us, the Greeks over here to have this very bad incident happening on our land, it's devastating, as he and his family had come all the way from England and have honored our country to spend some good time and have their summer holidays here and enjoy themselves, and they end up having the worst times of their lives instead, in a very hospitable otherwise country, Greece... 😢 That affects us the Greeks over here and we are all so very sorry and shocked with what has happened to the unfortunate man 💔😔😢....R.I.P. Dr Mosley..🙏🤍🕊

I hope you will not receive the criticism which I did earlier today, upon writing a similar comment including my condolences to Mrs Mosley (by a rather cross-sounding person who quite fiercely objected to my non-use of Dr.Michael Mosely's widow's "professional title" ..."she earned it" etc.) I had, up to that point only _heard_ her name mentioned on a video, and wished to not misspell it in such circumstances. Having been thus 'reprimanded', I have now learned the correct spelling of Dr.Claire Bailey Mosley and can now write it correctly. This is in no way, shape or form a critique of _your respectful comment_ but, just in case that person reads and complains to you too, I thought a note ought to be passed on with due consideration to others in this regard. May Dr.Michael Mosley Rest In Peace.

Did you know he promoted the idea of being injected with young people’s blood to prolong life. You can see the article in the Daily Mail 18/03/23: “Although it is controversial, there is mounting evidence of the benefits that come from being infused with blood from young people, and I have recently seen some of those benefits first hand.” The man was dodgy as fk.

Does any one else wonder why this wife and friends did not go and search for him that late afternoon and evening he disappeared? If someone, knowing his route well, had walked it that evening calling out to him, would he have been discovered faster? He told his wife he was not feeling well. And then left to return home on his own - a two hour walk in the extreme heat. Why on his own? It does not add up to me.

Rest in Peace, Dr Michael Mosley. May God bless his kind soul. What is intriguing is that he didn't carry his handphone with him and left it at the resort while he went for a long hike alone to Pedi? He was at the beach of St. Nikolas with another couple when he decided to go back to his home in the area of Pedi of Symi, bringing with him a purple-coloured umbrella to shield against the heat of the afternoon sun. "It was around 1.30 PM and he left his handphone at the beach." as reported. Why did he do that? Did he not want to be contactable? If family members went into an argument with him prior, they ought to realise something amiss as the handphone seemed 'purposely' abandoned by Dr Mosley? Was he harbouring suicidal thoughts? Any and every attempt to track him down since had not produced any result until the local cameraman discovered his dead corpse by zooming in using the video camera.

Why they didn't spot him I have been suggesting like 4 days. He could have been spotted days before. they lost Golden time to save him, while searching at wrong area and the sea. I even called opposite Turkish coast to inform them. I don't think he put umbrella under his head, he would have left it open to protect himself and give a sign to be found.
