I always thought that the problem with the other covers to this song like from Will Smith or NeYo, was I get that feeling like they were looking down on Genie as a character. Genie was silly and expressive and that's why I loved the cartoon version and Robin's version. It's how I would sing it when I'm alone. This version was right up there. You made it your own and I can actually see your version of Genie in an animated scene. You took what made Genie fun and applied to your version instead of trying to act too cool for it. So thank you!
