Hi friends, This video is a friendly chatty get ready with me and I will test and review for you some of the most popular new makeup for spring 2024. I will review the new Guerlain terracotta blush, the new Sisley Phyto-Teint Perfection Foundation and the Make up for Ever Hd Skin Hydra Glow Hydrating Foundation. I also purchased a lot of new lipstick and in this video I wanted to show you my favorite new Prada lipsticks, Le Phyto Rouge by Sisley, and two new Rouge Dior lipsticks.

Great video I'm so glad you like Alien Hypersence, it's on my list to try the og Alien is my hg. I want to try the new nomade too. I have the MFE hydra glow foundation and I really like it. A new discovery that I'm amazed by is the Shiseido blurring primer it makes even foundations that don't wow me amazing on my skin. ♥

Good evening to Angela and everyone! What a fantastic video! Makeup sure is fun but please never think you are wasting time with skincare because thats the most important and thats why you have such a beautiful canvas, no foundation or concealer will lay nicely on top of not well pampered skin, wish i have appreciated skincare more in my twenties. So yes to long skincare videos, plus they are relaxing! As always thank you for your honesty, the hard work and for being you!

Of all of the lipsticks you have worn, my favorite is Milano. It hugs your lips, makes them appear larger and beautifully shaped, and provides a definite "WOW" factor. Stunning!

I really loved this video and you are so right Angela, Italian women compared to Parisian women definitely wear more red lipstick. I am one of them and I love to wear my red lips almost every day. I have many red lipsticksand during the day I just like to apply it with my fingers defining my lips with the pillow talk lipliner , I just love it as it makes me look classy and elegant and still the red gives color to my fair complexion. Italian women are not afraid to show off a red lipstick and you are definitely right about that. I really love the look you created, the quad you used I’ve had it for a pretty long time now and it is one of my favorites. This make up looks lovely on you. Thank you for this video ❤

Over age 70 living in Southern US. Love your makeup educational videos. And definitely interested in skincare. I just began using the Sisleya foundation from Sisley. I love fragrances but since my schedule is a bit messy I cannot get to stores in order to test. Many stores have tester bottles under lockup 😮- so if there is no one around, I cannot try. Retailers have become very cheap with samples. They are a sheet of paper which in no way represents the actual fragrance!

Hello friend. Love jasmine. Someone in our neighborhood has a jasmine plant and if we go out in the early evening the smell is wonderful. I will look pup your link to see if I can get a sample. Hi Angela! I love all the makeup content you present. However I am definitely interested in skincare, because without it, not even the most expensive foundation will look as good. I am intrigued by the Vichy serum. It sounds like a powerhouse.

Since you didn't use sunscreen perhaps that is the reason behind the different performance of the foundation. You might need to fine tune which sunscreen works best with that foundation. Maybe it would work best with a Sisley spf product.

I bought both the Makeup Forever and Sisley foundations and I think I prefer the Sisley , I use quite a lot of heavier moisturisers and oils as I’m older and it looks beautiful and wears so well for me. Also I got a better colour match as well , I found the lightest Makeup for Ever a little yellow . I don’t wear much eyeshadow or blush but you make me want to purchase both the Chanel highlighter and Guerlain blush as they look amazing on you 😊

Hi Angela. You have influenced me to get the Chloe Nomade Nuit d’Egypte because night jasmine is my favorite fragrance other than fresh lilacs. When I went to the website there is no Jasmine in the Nuit d’Egypte. I do like orange blossom very much but was hoping to have the finish smell like night jasmine as you have described it. That is Nomade Jasmine Naturelle Intense. I am confused as to the difference between them and will probably call the boutique in New York to have someone explain to me the difference between the two. I don’t think they sell that particular highlighter any more and the blush looks divine. Everyone seems to love it! You are beautiful!

Hi Vicky, I mentioned that jasmine is not mentioned in the notes but I can feel it in the fragrance and on my skin. Brands never disclose all notes used in a fragrance. I've tried all Chole Nomade versions. Chloe Nomade Jasmin naturelle and Nomade Jasmin Nautrelle Intense are the two versions explicitly dedicated to jasmine. They are both nice perfumes and I can feel the jasmine in them. My personal favorite is the newest one: Nomade Nuit d'Egypte. On my skin it develops as a warm spicy night time jasmine and this is what attracted me. I think you should try all three on your skin to see which one you will like and what notes you will feel on your skin. xoxo

What a great video. As a South American woman of course my favorite color was the Red Milano. However, I usually use reds at night time on special ocasión. Here in the USA you don’t see the red lipstick during the day time :(

Great review, Angela. So happy that you reviewed Sisley foundation. It looks like more negative reviews on this foundation. I guess it’s complicated one, because I was watching Abby bliss white, she is more mature and dry skin. She used the foundation very light, only half pump for whole face, and looked so beautiful and so natural, also Desi stark, she loved the foundation, but she used more coverage way. I don’t like makeupy look, and when I saw Abby’s review I was ready to get it, but listen to yours and to so many more not so great reviews, that’s definitely no for me. If anything i would try a sample, but yep, I will stick to my Chanel water fresh, and Valmont Majestique skin serum for dry skin foundation. And better getting a few Chanel new lipsticks 😜 the only thing that they all kind of cool tone. Well 2am warm one, and 7 it’s on warmer side. But I also liked 00 one but every time I purchase cooler tones, especially red ones, I never wear 😳😂 Have a blessed day🙏❤️

I got the set of 3 Rephr brushes,it's the 1st time I actually tried Rephr brushes,& I guess it's also the 1st time Rephr made synthetic brushes as well,I also bought the Rephr 18 brush u showed on another video, that 1 I dnt think is synthetic & I really like it 4 highlighter,I ordered the Rephr 18 bc I don't like fan brushes 4 highlighter,& while I'm a huge fan of the Rephr 18 brush I received,I have 2 say the set of synthetic was a disappointment 4 me bc the eyeshadow brush doesn't do well on power eyeshadow,only creams, & the foundation brush was a disappointment bc I felt the brush soaked up way 2 much of my foundation,but what really surprised me is I seemed2 have had an allergic reaction 2 the foundation brush,my face was a little red & irritated,but even worse it kept itching,my face itched really bad til I finally decided 2 wash my makeup off after about 2 hrs of non stop itching, I know it wasnt the foundation or anything else i used on my skin bc everything else i was wearing were products i use regularly,my moisturizer, foundation,& blush were all my usual products so i think it was the new Rephr foundation brush, i think thats pretty weird bc I pretty much always use synthetic makeup brushes, just not Rephr B4, so I was really surprised it irritated my skin like that, hut i do have really sensitive skin,so maybe that y, but my Chanel foundation brush i usually use has never caused an allergic reaction or irritated my skin.

Hi Jess, Chloe Lumineuse is a lovely scent. Overall Chloe have some gorgeous fragrances. About the cushion foundation: I used to have the Gucci one. I believe they haven't changed it. They just added new shades. It's a lovely formula but I think I will not repurchase. i am interested in the YSl cushion (if it launches here). In the past YSL used to have a gorgeous cushion foundation. It was one of the best ones that I have ever tried.

Hi Susan, I shared an update about the Alien Hypersense in the end of the video. For me the longevity is great. Today I wore Chloe and I can't wait to get the full size bottle. On me it lasted 6 hours on the skin (moisturized skin) I sprayed behind my ears and I can still feel the scent - it's the evening now and it's been more than 12 hours. The fragrance scented my hair beautifully. and I still get light whiffs of the scent when my hair moves. The sillage is great with both perfumes. They are not what they call "beast mode" fragrances but last and project very well. I would highly recommend to try them out. These are real gems in my opinion and are available in the UK ❤️

Hi Magdalena ❤️ I think the new Sisley foundation will not be everyone's cup of tea. It's not like the other Sisley foundations. This one needs "work" to make it work which is something that I don't like overall... I tested it once again after this video and if I prep my skin really nice and use a good brush, it performs well. I like the finish. But overall it will not become one of my favorites.

The dark red lip color is overwhelming and aging on you. As the philtrim gets longer with age, lip color should be more natural or over line the top lip to give an illusion of a higher upper lip.

ohhh the highlighter is absolutely beautiful 😊❤also really really love the Prada shades and Dior shades!! What beauties!!! I prefer peachy pinks on me over nudes that have brown in them. Those typical brown nudes don't look natural on me at all 😅my natural lip colour is a light peach
