We can criticise modi only at the end of his tenure. The thing I hate about manmohan is that he knew about the corrupt leaders and still didn't say anything. He is equally responsible for the condition of poor in india. Just imagine if he would have been a true indian india would have saved billions of money. Not just that he would have set example for other politicians to not indulge in corruption. But he didn't. He is a corrupt for me doesn't matter he did corruption or not, the thing to understand is that keeping quiet to something also makes you responsible for that because you didn't do anything to stop that.
