Friends of Carl Sandburg at Connemara 

For more than 25 years, the Friends of Carl Sandburg at Connemara have supported programs and activities at the Carl Sandburg Home National Historic Site in Flat Rock, North Carolina, part of the National Park Service. This video explains why the Sandburg home, where the author spent the last 22 years of his life, is such an important literary and cultural place and how the Friends have helped to enhance Sandburg's legacy. This year (2016) is the centennial of the National Park Service.
