As a big breasted woman, my bra made the biggest difference to doing things. I needed a bra that straps the girls in so that they literally don't move, and made it easier to find the balance point. I wear two bras, a regular sports bra and Shefit so that nothing moves, especially for olympic weightlifting. I use to be a dancer so i get the struggle 😅.

I had my second Breast reduction last year (1st was 16 yrs ago). And this time around was the best. It really does help your overall state of mind and improves fitness mobility! I need to watch both anime’s mentioned. ❤❤

Your so fit and healthy. The type of exercises you do are so impressive. I just recently bought a mini rebounder and really enjoying it as I can hop on it if it’s raining instead of a walk and it takes away my food cravings. I think your right about finding exercise thats fun

Don't be afraid to set boundaries with other members hey, tell them if you prefer to only be corrected by the instructor! esp if its making you feel like you are being watched and self conscious. Girl, go shopping! Enjoy the body you're in, even if it's just temporary. You can donate the clothes, and maybe help someone out that's in the same position as you. Oh and did your friend like Vinland Saga? It sounds like an interesting anime. I've been looking for another good one to watch on Crunchyroll recently. I typically like a little romance sprinkled in though and this looks to have none haha.

Whoop, you Sushi'd in my neighbourhood! Regarding shopping - no clothes are forever clothes anymore so the forever mindset is flawed at best. I am also on a weight loss journey but still want to feel put together during the process, helps with the patience and self image. Buying a new top/dress or etc is definitely a NSV treat option and also helps you to figure out your style as your body changes and a lot more fashion becomes accessible.

I do the same thing with shopping. I buy thing here and there but it’s weird cause I don’t know what size I am anymore. I was a 2x for so long and now I’m able to get Larges. My brain is not computing 🤣
