Some of the things you mentioned are very mad to me!! Things I had never heard of before or considered. Like not being able to cross your arms!!! Madness!! So happy for you and all the new experiences on this journey! ♥️
I can definitely relate with the rollercoaster of emotions and thoughts shared in this video! I could have sworn I was completely flat chested post surgery! It was crazy! I was so emotional lol 😩 but 1 year post-op and I couldn’t be more happy with my decision! When you are coming from always having really big boobs it is a night a day difference that people who have never had special sized boobs could ever understand. So yes, after someone experiences the life changing effects of a reduction they get to call them small bc they know the real definition of what it means to have big boobs!
Only thing I heard when people shared their reduction experience, is that they were asked if they planned on losing more weight, if so they wanted them to come in later on when the weight was off. Otherwise they would go in a second time, like many did after a few years due to losing more weight after the surgery. I also looked at many videos of women sharing their experiences with augmentation (I know the complete opposite), and during the appointment decided on one size and so many came out of surgery with much bigger breasts. They all shared their surgeon made the decision on their own after their own standard of what would look nice. I can’t imagine such a violation, for someone to do things you have not agreed on when under anesthesia and can’t protest. *They should all be prosecuted for this.*
It’s nice to hear your experience because I wouldn’t even have considered a lot of the things you mentioned as differences. Although some of the stuff (fabric scooping for sweat) I can relate to after having a baby. The girls are sagging 😂
Gurl, I have been watching you for a while and I will say you have been glowing since these procedures! I am VERY HAPPY for you and this added success to your journey!
I never had big ol titties but I do have back pain... Pilates helps, possible video idea... pilates for a month? Even if you don't like it, you can take what works for you.
So happy for you. I love all the clothing sites you were looking at. You'll have to share. You need to do a video one day of books you've been reading or any purchases you make. Curious what you'll get to highlight your new body yadeyade!
I wish my daughter would look into this. I feel bad for her as she has big chest struggles like my younger sister did until she had the reduction. My daughter doesn't like needles and being cut on would definitely be out of the question.
I hope you don’t mind me saying this, but your boobs are still big they’re not small the only difference now is your new boob size fits your frame and it’s evenly proportional now. I completely understand it will take a while for you to see / recognise how much better you look now in terms of proportions and acceptance. The reason why I brought this up because I noticed you spoke in your previous videos after getting the reduction that you said your boobs look small. You still have big boobs they’re proportional now just wanted to say. You’re look amazing, your journey has been so inspiring! ☺️
lol was wanting to comment this too! I think it’s like you said, Ashley’s just been so used to them being the way they were, in comparison the “new ones” are small. They’re still pretty big!
lol I know Everyone tells me this. But yes to me they just feel small 🙈🤣 I don’t really care about the classification…I am much happier with this size though haha
*I* cannot imagine being able to go out and kick it without a bra. Wow! Do you have to wear a bra for life or just while recovering the next 6 months or so? Wow!
Awesome Video 🔥🔥 I am currently restarting my 3rd week of c25k and this is after doing 5ks,10ks and 20ks in the past. Because of you I am going to claim I am runner because I have never claimed it before. I love your approach and your spirit keep going. Thank you
You go girl and thank you for sharing your observations. It hit me when you said people thought you were being vulgar when it just the size of your very large chest. You are amazing and so beautiful inside and out
I started following you to get a good review of a breastreduction witha person who got the approx same size breasts i have and your review covers ALL the points i hope it would and that i want for me. Along side a few more i hadn't even thought off. Thank you for posting your journey. It solidifies my decision of having a reduction myself.
Your body is definitely adjusting. Give it time and keep doing upper back strengthening exes. I just had a total hip replacement. My alignment is way better but my body is a little sore bc everything is having to adjust to my new alignment. I do CrossFit and am very fit but it’ll just take time. Good luck!
I feel like the back pain will go eventually once it re-aligns, it just takes time. I kind of chuckled when you said that you can see your feet now lol. I’m so excited that you’re experiencing all these new things. When you get a chance to go bra shopping, I think that will be fun as well
Girl bye 👋🏾 what tf are you even on about? I’m pretty sure you haven’t even watched the full video yet but just want to be miserable and hate for no dang reason
Girl bye 👋🏾 what tf are you even on about? I’m pretty sure you haven’t even watched the full video yet but just want to be miserable and hate for no dang reason. How is Ashley sharing her new experiencs fatphobic? Don't be ridiculous
Ashley, I have it backwards but you've given me so much encouragement! For tracking, I started with protein. Then I went with plant count (gut health). I then added fiber and increased fiber. Most recently, I added calories. That is not going as well but I will get myself together. I appreciate you naming calories, protein, and fiber in that order, esp specifying fiber before carbs.
