Just for fun, I wanna point out as many references as I can: -To start, the stick Frisk holds is the default weapon in Undertale. It can also be used to instantly spare certain enemies and is worth a ton of ratings in the mettaton fight. This is used in several attacks, but I'm not gonna repeat myself. -The double jump and shield animation has Frisk put on the dusty tutu, the armour associated with the blue soul. -The jab and forwards tilt reference the tough glove and manly bandana, the weapon and armour associated with the orange soul. -The up tilt appears to use a bridge seed, a plant used in several puzzles. -Not entirely sure where the skateboard comes from. If the character was more recent, I would say it references Toby's use of one for his entrance in the 6th anniversary stream, but I am 99% sure this character is older than that, unless I'm thinking of a different character that happened to have similar mechanics. -Dash attack obviously incorporates Flowey the Flower into Villager's dash attack. -The up air uses a bunch of echo flowers, a species of flower from Waterfall that repeats nearby sounds. -Not sure where the net comes from, either, but it's definitely the sort of thing Frisk would use as a weapon. -Neutral air uses an inflatable mascot originating from the Dog Shrine. -I believe back air is meant to be one of Undyne's energy spears, referencing how the green soul mode involves Undyne giving Frisk one with which to deflect her attacks to make up for not being able to move. -Neutral special is obviously a reference to the yellow soul mode. No further explanation needed. -Up special references how Frisk's phone turns into a jetpack(thanks, Alphys) -Down special references several items from undertale. Most of them work exactly how they do in undertale, minus healing because that would be OP. The legendary hero is a consumable that heals hp and boosts attacks. The faded ribbon is the armour associated with the cyan soul. The Sea Tea is a consumable that heals hp and boosts movement speed. The ghost sandwich is not an actual item, just something Napstablook offers you if you visit their house and check their fridge. You can't actually eat it, because it passes through you. Notably, it also has a similar effect to the torn notebook and cloudy glasses, the armour and weapons associated with the Purple soul, which increase invincibility frames after being hit. -Side special is, as stated in the video, a save point. Not quite how it works in undertale, but pretty cool for combos and recovery. -Up smash is an Umbrella, which Frisk carries through part of Waterfall. -Down smash is D O G. For the few people who don't know, the annoying dog is Toby Fox's overpowered self-insert OC, a supporting character in both undertale and deltarune. -Taunt is, indeed, a reference to the post act from the Mettaton fight. Yeah, this is a generally great character with lots of references. As for what the alts reference: Frisk Kris(dark world) Chara/Kris(light world) The next seven are probably meant to reference the soul colours, possibly fanmade OCs for them. The white souled one seems to be original, or possibly a reference to some fanmade OC Snas, with the blue soul referencing how Sans is one of the characters to put you in blue soul mode Undyne, with the green soul referencing how she uses green soul mode Susie, as said in the video Original/fan OC reference Original/fan OC reference See above Probably a reference to the colouration of the intro sequence Another original/OC Reference to Undertale's battle UI being black and white except for Frisk's soul Original Gameboy And finally back to Fricks from Nudealert.

Fun Fact: most of the alternate costumes were references to the seven souls and some were references to delturune and others were references to characters in the undertale game. others I think are just fanmade
