I watched a documentary years ago about the actor Dennis Hopper & how he’s an big art collector & his approach to collecting. It really blew me away. Sure he made a lot of money from acting & he kinda fell into buying some pieces that he liked & the artists that made those pieces become successful so those pieces increased in value exponentially. He started trading in art & then became a successful gallery owner.
Art’s crazy bro if someone’s going to collect I would suggest they view the work in person. There’s energy to some peoples work and you just know when you’re in front of it.

@@Paddotube I know how men get treated in court from experience.... When ANY argument domes down to he say she say. You can rarely win. And your life will be ruined. For most who can’t afford a lawyer or don’t care about their reputation. You might not even consider arguing in court at all.
Well I didn’t in the end i’ve been feeling guilty in the past of things I didn’t do. When I presented actual evidence that they wouldn’t look at the police station then the prosecutor dropped most things and said if I plead guilty I’ll go home. So I plead guilty Instead of spending another $20,000 and making my ex Angry by bringing her to court. We have a child together so I just wanted it over.
I went from 10yrs in Nsw jail and 15diff jails and i also paint and have been an artist sibce 2007 i now have stopped that kife and teach art to people who get outa jail and are on parole and dont have a safe place to paont or materials so parole office gives them a place amd materials and i mentor and teach so im lovong life and being in jail and known helped alot with my story cause boys wouldnt wanna kearn from me if they didnt know of me so yeah good on ya bro ya killing it

sorry if u have answered this before but what tools would u need to start painting if u had to do it all over again, for example is it worth learning on a tablet, or using a pen like u did in jail, or just straight into using brushes

I hid who I was until I couldn’t because I was goving talks at big galleries. I didn’t even have a photo of myself I was afraid of being judged. Tbh I thought it would have fucked me up and it has a bit. It scares of some investors. Before I shared my story, I was doing a lot better, but I wasn’t helping anyone.

You don’t have to be a public figure to be successful😂 Plenty of people that are living successful lives with zero haters because they keep a close circle and focus on their kids lol
