Thought this was a classic no-moat situation to begin with. Very interesting inisghts about market place dynamics. I have a few channels where I’m excited when the algorithm brings me “4 hours ago” videos. One is YC, this is another. Thank you Heini! Can’t wait to have you on my cap-table 😉
@@RawStartup There’s no reason to thank me. I would be equally dismissive - and to be frank, I was in the beginning, but the algorithm kept exposing me to your videos - if the quality wasn’t there. So the only thing that might be thankable would be the honesty. I learn valuable insights from your videos that I feel will help me decrease risk in my own venture. The same goes with why I’m excited about new content from YC. I’m pursuing a dream, and your videos makes me feel like I’m getting closer to making them a reality.
Love this content, hearing directly from the people themselves, plus the further explanation really added value, driving a single important point across. Will love to see more of this.
Be careful whom you hire initially especially if they’re in a bind because they might decide to punish you by becoming richer than you after they quit their jobs. That’s the number 1 reason employers should have good wages, benefits and working conditions. Unfortunately many managers have an ego problem thinking they’re the smartest. Maybe in SOME rooms but somebody smarter might also be sociopathic and take over!
I have noticed that if the content is very knowledgeable or technical, it has very low views. However an entertaining video will have millions. It is good and bad bcoz, that's a lot of people who are on these platforms just for entertainment and very few people actually building something important than we expected.. Just my observation or opinion..
I don't agree. The competitor bought the idea for free and at least half of the market. Sorry to tell to our swiss friends. Keep thinking you are heroes :)
