I hope you all enjoyed this video and can be encouraged by Nathan’s journey to 520+! And check out Traverse for the most efficient and streamlined MCAT study resource!
Some say that Nates older brother is actually smarter than him. But in reality watching the journey Nate went through to get such a high score was unreal. When he talks about treating it like a job he wasn't lying. Also keep putting out great videos it will really help students on their journey.
Thank you so much for this video and the resources JR! I’m starting my premed journey this year and I can’t wait to get started. I feel so motivated to try my best every time I finish one of your videos. You have inspired me so much and I appreciate the work you put into your channel 🙏🏼
Thank you so much!! I’m so happy that you feel inspired after watching my videos and hearing that motivates me to keep putting them out! Good luck as you start your premed journey!
Awesome vid JR ! I've watched it a few times. Just a quick q - did he ever go into what exercises he did @ the gym? cardio or cross training? or did you find yourself a certain routine helped with the years @ Mayo and all the grinding? I saw some weights in the background in 1 vid! - Andrew
Hey Andrew! We both like the traditional resistance training in the weight room as our mode of exercise, but I don’t think one form is better than the other! Ideally, incorporating multiple different modalities would be best for overall fitness, but as long as you’re moving, that’s a win in my book! Lol
@@EvolvingMedic Thank you Jr!! Going with resistance training and then trying different modalities sounds perfect - especially as a wellness routine during MCAT studying!
