In my state at the court house they allow a 10 day upset bid. You bid. They ask for 10%. Then someone has 10 days to upset. It can go on for multiple months until there is 10 days where no one places a higher bid. Day 11 100% percent of funds are due

If you purchase a home with taxes and liens you are not responsible its called non-recourse or no personal liability. Ask your attorney.

Wouldnt that be nice!! I know Auction.com sometimes will give you title information, but definitely not the government auction :/

Make cashiers checks payable to yourself ☺️if you win you can sign the back if not you can deposit it back into your account

I saw a foreclosure securing indebtedness in the original principal amount of $0. Sounded too good to be true so I checked and it has 3 partial claim liens. Are those considered junior liens? Also, if the original principal is $0, does this mean the foreclosure is on the second mortgage and the winning bidder would have to payback whatever remains on the first mortgage? Sorry for so many questions! I’m trying to make sense of all the information I’ve found!
