from "brimbelle" to blueberry, a new production with a bright future! [ part 1 ] 

Today we are again going to put into perspective a recent production of small fruit which takes an increasingly significant place in the consumption of the French with a marginal production on the scale of France and which conquered its first lands, in during the 1970s, thanks to pioneers.
I invite you to find them through two subjects: the establishment of this culture on the acidic lands of the Vosges thanks to the testimony of Michel Thouvenin at the initiative of this production and thanks to the development and maintenance through experience by Roland Balandier.
A great way for you to experience this production by looking back at what it was yesterday and what it is becoming today, knowing that there are plenty of perspectives left. We are very fond of the French consumer!
