I never knew cassava has bevrage value. I recently had a training on cassava frm FIIRO, with watching this Psaltry clips, there is great future for cassava world wide. Keep researching.
the cassava starch is processed into maltose syrup and then enters into the beer fermentation process; the transformation of cassava starch to maltose is a factory 'secret' and so not open but the public as was clearly instructed by NB. Thanks for yr understanding
