From Challenges to Change: A Deep Dive into Noida Extensions (Greater Noida West) Issues 

Most of the problems r created by home byers only. High expectation of people but very less contribution. They need everything at their doorstep but create chaos noise. There r good wide connected roads, 2, 2 metros r available at 7 to 9 kms, direct connectivity of 14 lane meerut expressway is available. People living here they don't know how to drive, indulge in road rage, fighting with one another. Some of them have kept their society in the worst shape. They cover balconies and put hazard and fire prone items. Ganga water and waste management is mandatory but they do wastage of water and throw the garbage over the people living down the floor. They r allocated one car parking parking space but would buy 2,3 cars encroach the illegitimate area. Most of the people don't know how to live in society. They have pet and the make them relieve on foot path and parks. Actually having footpath has become a curse. Then how they will resolve the larger issues. Ek hi solution yah lagata hai kuch nahi milne chahiye enko.

Worse place in Delhi NCR.. Most crimes happen here.. Building construction is lowest quality.. Even people wise it is a very low crowed with even lower mentality..

How many government hospitals and dispensaries govt has built in proportion to increase in population? Just creating high rise is not development.

You have said it very correctly. This is sad state of Noida extension and even some of these problems apply to all parts of NCR. People just see big buildings and overlook the basic infra things which are very important.

I think the cost at which houses are sold, these problems are bound to occur. How can you compare with delhi. You cannot expect low prices with green open areas

Park वाली बात तो सही है वो इसलिए भी हुआ है क्योंकि सब high rise buildings बना दी गई हैं अगर अथॉरिटी वहा पर Plotting, आदि भी बनाते तो तब park बनते बीच बीच में, बारिश का पानी सब बह कर side से निकल जायेगा, पूरा का पूरा कंक्रीट का जंगल बना दिया गया।

Very good analysis . yes AOA or RWA members has right to loot . if you got to police , you will see police seems reluctant or least ineterested ,this shows police is hands in hands with them.

Heavy population in Noida West is the problem.... All problems are man made.... Per sq ft / no. of people Ratio is too high.

I have one pointer to be raised. See its very easy to point other but i would say why cant you do the AOA job? Or be MP or MLA see its very easy to say point out and say. Do you know people in develped country or corrupt or not? I would say AOA job is not easy. I suggest you to better nominate yourself for AOA member and change according.

This is bad, lets not crib. If u cannot stop corruption in ur own society, do u really believe you should pin point issues of extension and suggest solutions. Problems sab jagah h as u accepted mam, i agree prices unnecessarily hype kiye ja rahe h but wo to Gurgaon me bhi h but log apne per pe kulhaadi nahi maar rahe vahaan. This type of videos will decline genuine buyers interest in genuine priced societies. Please pin point 1 issue at a time and focus on getting it resolved. Is video se lag raha h jaise extension me nahi but nark me reh re h log. I am living in extension and face all sort of issues but achhayi bhi bahut h. Please make a positive video on extension. Lets put it like this, extension is excellent but ye 2-3 issues fix ho jaaye to it will be great. Thanks!
