I have the Ring Plus and have been contemplating getting the Ionic Plus. I can buy it next week, but have been having trouble finding and reviews about the differences and which they prefer. Thank you for this review and thank you ladies for your experiences. You have comments have helped me to make my decision. I think I will give it a go ❤
I just saw your videos a few days ago and absolutely not. Your hair is in pristine condition so I do not recommend this route for people whose hair is thriving and does not have heat damage. I was in between a rock and a hard place with my hair so I did it to save myself from the demarcation line and all it’s ghetto drama and it worked but now I’m on my way out of the straight hair natural life. I’m gonna keep it braided a LOT more now.
You've convinced me to buy this! I have the tymo comb, and while I like it better than a flat iron, I feel like it does snag even when using smaller section. Based on your review with it being less snaggy, I'm hoping it works for me!
Your hair is beautiful 😍 I think I’m going to become a stretched natural myself. Wash and go’s snag and break my hair but my hair been growing like crazy when I stretch it
I’m doing good girl; just adjusting to our new normal with two school aged kids. 😳🤯 sometimes I look at my kids and I can’t believe their my responsibility!🤣
I am itching to wear my haor straight. I have been a low heat natural for 6 years. I always wore my hair out in a wash and go or twist out. Then i started getting crotchet styles installed by myself. And when i would take them out my hair would retain so much length and volumn. Not sure if I want to risk heat damage. I may invest a really luxury kinky straight thin part wig. Still deciding. ...I love your content btw.❤
The only thing that caused me to be a “ straight hair natural” is because I already had heat damage but I wouldn’t recommend it for someone who’s hair is in great condition. I also did it because I was tired out of my mind of my hair lol. My life just didn’t allow me to twist out anymore or do wash and go’s or anything that was too taxing. It just got too stressful but if you’re loving the natural process stick with it. I truly miss my natural hair before it got damaged.🥹
@Rachel Adina Girl, trust me I get being tired of hair lol. I have followed you for some time now. You and your hair are beautiful straight, curly, heat damaged all that. You still 🔥
🥹 I miss uploading more regularly as well! I have a lot to share with you all and I can’t wait to start putting out new and refreshing content! So as far as activity and my hair I wear a sweat band and a visor when I workout or when I’m at the park with the kids I also keep my hair off my neck as much as possible when it’s hot outside. When my hair starts to revert and get frizzy I go with it and start adding more and more texture to my ponytail with lightly damp braid outs at night and I use a think cream to achieve the look. I hope this helps!🥰 Thanks for commenting!
Im seeing to buy this new tymo ring plus for my mommy, you think this new one with ionic function maybe leaves hair more oily or with less volumen than the previous one? (Tymo ring)? Thanks and it gaves excellent results on you!
But quick question if you don’t mind, do you think you’ll realistically reach for a tymo ring over an actual flat iron? I’m thinking of returning my flat iron for a tymo comb
@@IAMCHIDERA This is not a flat iron replacement in the slightest bit unless you prefer a quicker and less sleek option. I used this to straighten my hair for about a year because I liked that the process was quicker but a flat iron will always give you a more reliable longer lasting straightening experience. This is a quickie method for the lazy days imo.
@@RachelAdina oh ok, that does make sense, and yh I guess I don’t really look for sleek results because I like a Yaki texture and braid my hair every night, so I guess this would be more my staple. Thanks a bunch🤗❤️
You can barely put any gair in there because the bristles are non bending. Its rough and pulls ou yo hair and you need to have your hair nearly completely straight before putting it through the brush.
