This is priceless. As someone who is passionate about the "Behind the scenes" in vehicles, and specifically in motorcycles, this is just a beautiful presentation. While not extremely detailed, you touched on all the important subjects. It was very fun to watch and see how everything corresponds with each other. I love how you ended the video with "I would like you to think. . . ", people like you (Thinkers!) Is what we need more of. Thank you!
I dont mean to be offtopic but does any of you know of a way to log back into an instagram account? I stupidly lost my account password. I appreciate any assistance you can give me
"even the simplistic animation will explain it" please do your self some justice. You made it easy to understand. Your sequential gearbox explanation was awesome and so much easier to understand than any other animated video. thank you.
Ok bro....I'm in auto mechanic school and motorcycle school at the same time and this video helped me understand more about how things work than anything I've studied so far. Now, I will learn it much better eventually, but no one could do such a better job at making it so detailed yet very easy to understand. Thank you very much for taking the time out to produce this.
Thanks so much for taking out the time for this. Its amazing! This is exactly what i was looking for to understand the entire process. I start to get curious about how things work as I'm around them since I started riding I've been learning more and more about how different parts of the motorcycles work, and this video helped me learn alot as well. Thanks man.
Excellent explanation... Perhaps the most underrated video of all time... You should be getting more views.... Been riding motorcycles for 8 years and never completely understood how it works.... The motorcycle model you choose for explaining this video was very clear and generic to motorcycles we get in our country. Hence I was able to relate to it and understand it completely.... Thanks for the awesome video. Keep it up...
I've seen so many of these videos, including 3D animations which helped but not as much us this. Seeing the actual parts and how they interact like this has really helped me understand. Thank you.
I already learnt these IC engines ( 2 strokes and 4 strokes ) in my collage . and this video has added more information and more knowledge in me . thank you for making this video .
I am new to learning about Motorcylces after having an interest in them for so many years. This is one of the best explanations i have seen so far. Maybe not the best to some people who know more. But as a novice, this is helping me out loads to understand Motorcycles. Thank you
seeing so many comments from more than 5 years ago that are saying the exact things I want to say. Amazing job and thank you for helping me understand this, very very well done.
I have wanted to know how engines work for years. I have NO mechanical ability and not a ton of interest working on engines, but I've always been curious. I look at them like magic and get a headache when i read about engine stuff because I can't wrap my brain around what's going on. In 24 minutes you demystified everything and made me feel like, yes, I actually can know this stuff. This was an amazing video.
Not only did you teach, but you inspired as well. The ending comments of the video really encouraged me to apply what you taught and inspired me to think outside the box. Well taught, many thanks. God bless.
Duuude! thank you so much for taking the time to make this video for us noobs who don't know how a motorcycle engine works! You answered so many of my questions in one video! It feels pretty good now to know what exactly is going on inside my bike's engine everytime I take it for a ride, pull in the clutch, shift gear, twist the throttle and listen to it purrr. Keep up the great work bro, ride safe!
Fantastic explanation! And I love your speech at the end too, very inspiring. Maybe somebody watching this video will come up with an idea that nobody came up with in a hundred years.
this man is such a good teacher .i could take in every thing he was saying with out even thinking about it .i feel i know more about my bike now .thanks.
Subscribed and bookmarked, I'm a new driver (working on my license now), but as a lifelong IT professional I know that the best way to know what you're dealing with, is knowing what makes it tick and how it all works together. I love the videos and the in-depth descriptions, they make it really easy to understand what you are teaching.
Thankyou for the great demonstration, there are tons of videos on RU-vid which show lots of these stuff but this by far the most detailed and very well explained video, hands down. I have gained a whole new respect towards my motorcycle and also the marvel of engineering. Thankyou somuch and keep up the good work... Safe riding.
Ive just started Engineering degree and wanted to get in the basic engine make up knowledge and haven't found another video more useful.. Good going man keep it up!
Probably the most helpful video I’ve ever watched on RU-vid i learned so much not only for a motorcycle engine but just the engineering knowledge in this thank you so much.
Thank you for the nice, simple and demonstration using original engine and its parts. I am a non engineering background but this video helped me significantly to get the sense of a motorcycle engine.
I just viewed this excellent clip again. I can't remember if I posted a comment previously, however this is a great offering and I thank the contributor for his effort and his well thought out presentation.
You are amazing It’s about 7 years niw and congrats You have teached thousands of people and just to mention, one of them is from iraq And he is so grateful. Thank you very much I hope you’re having a good life❤️
Excellent and concise video, I'm a 17 year old girl that's interested in becoming a bike mechanic so this video was very informative for me, explained a complex concept in a simple way, thanks a lot bro
Thank you Man... I'm working on motorcycle manufacture as a brand developer and I already spend almost 10 years riding on my bike. Motorcycle is my passion and my life. But I never get better and more clear explanation about how an engine works until I find your video. This helped me so much. You make me loves my passion even more. Thank you very much!
This is hands down the most amazing RU-vid video I have seen in a very long time. I learned more about the engines watching this video than in my months long physics classes in high school. Thank you 🙏
Just started learning about motorcycle engines tonight and after about 10vids so far, this one is by far the most informative. I appreciate your time and patience expressed in this detailed and informative video.
My clutch quit responding mid-ride last week and I am about to start taking it apart today. Your video is giving me hope I can do this right! Thanks for taking the time and care to show how it all works together.
This is a very helpful video. It really teaches a lot about how a combustion engine works and how everything is turned. Thank you for the video it is very useful for the smaller things that animations don't include
Thank you for taking the time to make this video and share it. I hope you will post more about motorcycles and I certainly hope you and your garage/business has been prospering!
This was so incredibly helpful for someone just starting on the journey of self-taught motorcycle mechanics. Looking forward to your other videos. Thanks dude!
You nailed this video! Didn't rush through and gave a super thorough explanation on each component. Really appreciate the time you took to make and share this info!!
This was great! Im sure a lot of people, like myself, sorta felt dumb about using and loving something without even really knowing how it worked. This changed all that! I love my KLR even more now
Fantastic, to say the least. I really enjoyed watching the entire video. I was searching for how a clutch works. But this video gave me the whole package. Thanks man. Kudos!
What an amazing video, as someone who is gonna get a bike soon this is precisely what i needed, really well explained and a very nice calm voice to listen to for a long time. Thanks a lot for this perfect video
Awesome demonstration, great way of explaining without using long technical words that only particular students would know. An all round educational video of a simple single cylinder. Great Job, would recommend for sure.
i must say I've watched a lot of videos have made quite a few and have worked and opened up many car/motorcycle engines and i will for sure say that this man knows his shit and how he explained everything in detail and didn't rush he stopped explained reexplained then showed through example of motion i could not have asked for more! from a professional to a fresh rookie this video is helpful for ANYONE interested in learning about internal combustion engines and the dynamics of a working transmission engine clutch...GREAT VIDEO MATE!
Thank you so much for this. I agree with some of the other posters that knowing something about the mechanics gives you greater appreciation for the machine. I am going for my endorsement next week and am very excited to pass the test and move on to getting a bike and working on it. Excellent presentation!
Superb Video and very good message...people should try alternate energy conversion in engine its really strange no one has done a good job in that area in 40 years :(
The video is very informative.. great demonstration! I would like to see more videos from you on different kind of engines, for example 2 stroke, 4 stroke and difference between them. Thanks very much!
Let me just say you are a badass for taking time to make this video. I have a much better understanding of a motorcycle engine now because of you. You explained everything thoroughly and simple, thank you for that! I'm excited to start on my cmx250 project
Thank you so much my dude, my partner is getting me into motorbikes and I've always been too intimidated to learn how engines work since I mostly work around computers. I love the no frills attitude and the demonstrations on how each part works and what they do, now when they are talking about their bike I can have a good understanding of what the hell they're bloody on about! Thanks!
You are an awesome person. Thank you very much for your videos on the motorcycle engine parts and function. I am in awe of how clearly, completely, and efficiently your explanation was for every stage in the chronological timing of the bike's working. I am learning so I trust your accuracy of this explanation. Wow. Many thanks.
