After 16 years working in the advertising market, I needed a break. Yoga has taught me to love myself and to love others. For so long I struggled with depression and anxiety and still do to this day. However through the practice of meditation and self reflection I am beginning to learn how to let go of what no longer serves me and to trust once again.

Yoga for me has given me my freedom to myself. I love how it makes me feel Soo in touch with my mind, body, and breathe. I cannot go a day without stretching and doing some type of yoga. When my life was in the darkest of time, it gave me relief, it gave me sanity, it gave me, me. It allowed me to see how strong I was from the inside out. Thank you! Namaste🙏🌻

Those jerky pushups are high impact an high risk for injury, but if warm up time first they have good benefits! I prefer slow controlled pushups though.

Beautiful and very professional on all levels, there is a lot of effort in this. But the lesson is: the more advanced asana, the more enlightened...?

+Vera Porad the thing is that, in my humble opinion, there is no connection between how advanced you are in the asana practice and your level of enlightened, but of course to be that advanced you have to work a lot on your body mind and your life choices so it surely make a more conscious person, for wha it means

The "Advanced" asana practice is merely a vehicle to further deepen one's awareness to the subtle mind, body and spirit connection. The development of such an "advanced" practice allows for an opportunity for the practitioner to experience the meditative quality of the practice on much subtle levels. But one can connect with this quality as well from early on, it just depends on how you approach your practice. Foundational poses can become advanced if you apply a deep concentration and engagement with your practice and dissolve any distractions. The "Advanced" practitioner is also met with challenges along the path of their asana practice just as much as a novice, the difference is the hours and years of experience they have accumulated over time.
