Those are some incredibly resilient girls and you guys. I honestly never knew temps like this existed until we moved to SD. I’m glad that is past you friends wow look at your snow. Woohoo protein tubs! We desperately need snow but I’m enjoying the unseasonably warm temps…it will end but thankful this winter is not like last! You are my heroes! Love how they aren’t desperate for the food and are good and insulated with the snow and temps! Amazing. Full dugouts are something for a happy dance for sure!
Thanks friend! Like you guys this last week has been incredibly nice here. Looks like we cool down with some more snow but nothing like early January!!
It doesn't look like they have much hair on them but it sure insulates them from the snow. So glad you're done with the bitter cold. We're through it too and temps have been in the 40's (f). Unreal for this time of year. I have yet to turn on my snow blower this whole season. Have a great weekend!!
Wow Annette, that is freezing, and your cows sure adapt to the conditions well. I don’t know how you guys manage in that snow and ice. I hope the super freezing weather is coming to an end and your paddocks start to thaw out. Take care xx Cathi xx 😘
I always to love to watch your cows! You all take such great care of them and it's so beautiful to see! Congratulations on the run off for the dugouts! Yayyy!! I'll bet that does make a huge difference!! 😊👍💗
That’s really cold 🥶. Did not yet experience that’s high snow when I was in Germany 🇩🇪. Sometimes nice to see but for a long period of seems harder. Have a great day. Greetings from Germany 🇩🇪.
Glad your dugouts are full, that's great! The chickens love it when we get the Kubota out, too. They know fresh dirt for digging is in their future usually. lol
Annette…you said MINUS temperatures 🥶😱🥶😱🥶😱!!! Incredible job out there! I’m happy that the watering situation is going to work out for your cows to make it a little easier on y’all. Thanks as always for sharing and y’all stay blessed! -Calvin
My goodness that weather was wild for sure there for a bit!! I could listen to that little clicking of that feed auger all day!!! 😁😁 The look Glenn gave that motor when it didnt want to start 🤣🤣🤣🤣 Blessings for sure wirh all that water in the dugouts!! Beautiful skies!! That bull sure comes in hot!! Thank you both for bringing us along, look fwd to seeing what's next!! 😁😁😁👍👍👍
You have the bitter cold like most in Alaska. We are super warm here in Ontario and tapping maple trees. When the cattle retain the snow on the backs you know they are well-fed. We have a few local friends with cattle. Learning as we plan.
So glad your dug outs are full of water. That's vital right there. All of our tanks are full too. But...I will say this...Glen doesn't look like he has on near enough clothes for that cold weather. lol Oh and after our 16 inches of rain.....now we are forecasted to get 10 to 12 more this weekend
Wowww my friends I’m watching here with happiness I’m appreciate your sharing this amazing beautiful video sharing will gonna stay connected to see each other every new sharing keep it up
Oh, Annette, you look so cold. The cows in your place are different in Japan because they’re always inside their cell and being fed also inside. But I think there’s no place for them to go outside. Naturally, the cows in your place don’t have much stress compared in Japan!
I have watched videos of cattle farms in Japan. The cows there do live a very different life for sure. I think of you often my friend. I hope you are doing okay and adjusting to the changes that are happening at home. I miss watching your videos a lot but I understand you are very busy. Spring is just around the corner! 🌸 Take care lovely. -Annette🌺🥰
