Getting The Versatile Swather Ready To Cut.

In this video we get the Versatile swather pulled out of the grass where it has been parked for the last 3 years.
Glen needed to swap out a roller bar that the canvas runs on and he repacked the wheel bearings on the tires. Everything else seems pretty much good to go.
Specific parts for these swathers are obsolete now so we are thankful that we have old swathers for parts.
This swather takes about 25 minutes to put in and out of transport. It is such a pain. Glen said a neighbour that used to farm next to us had a model one generation newer than ours and thinks enough people complained and they changed the design to make it easier to move around.
We start swathing Monday August 26 so wish us luck!!
