This is the most unnatural way of Islam. How can a religion to be attached to an empires way. Allahs religion is not bound to a specific time or people. It’s universal. This is a perversion.
B-hr-nr. Salamalaikum. Just like there is a structure and a hierarchy in all of creation, for human society too Allah has made an order in things. And with Islam , our Prophet s'a'w has made clear to us that the Muslim nation needs to be under a leader, a Khalifa, and a divine order which is a kingdom. The Ottoman sultans held up high Islam, the Prophet s'a'w, his inheritors and the leaders of guidance- the saints, and kept the honour and respect of the Muslim nation. Allah's religion came from the beginning for humankind and was perfected at the end by the most perfect of creations RasulAllah s'a'w. And he came for all mankind, not just Arabia. So that's universal.

Sohbet comes from the Arabic "Sohba" - association. It means to be with someone. And here to be in association with the rightly guided and the pious is a Divine order in the Holy Quran. It may mean conversation in Turkish and Farsi.
