Beautiful. Thanks for sharing the design been searching for this. New subscriber love that you speak about your faith in God. I thanked the Lord for this video feeds me spiritually, teaching out to build the garden, & also how to use newly purchased post digger to fix my privacy gate. May the Lord bless you and keep you.

This looks brilliant!! Great job, I desire a similar things except w/a Moongate/Moondoor style entrance, swing in water feature I dont have anyone to help me tho but this looks incredible & so I hope I can take my hand to some kinda materials & have it match even remotely close to how I see it in my mind vs how mine actually ends up looking when I'm done🤣 Your wife desiring the flowers & the bench is gonna have it looking like a slice of paradise to escape into! I wish your family much success on your season! 🤲🏽🌟

Beautiful! One tip, when putting the beds together, make sure the grain of the wood faces in. Over time the wood would warp. If the wood is faced out it will buckle, if faced inward it will not push away , but towards the bed.

Awesome! A garden anyone would be happy to to grow their seeds in. 😉👍❤ It certainly takes time to build, but how much $ did you have to invest for materials? Thank you for sharing.

I like your garden and your videos very much! Curious do you have much deer pressure there? I’m in 7b in MD and we can’t get away with anything less than 6 foot fence. Those rascals eat everything! God Bless!

I used 4x4 posts 12’ long and dug down about 30” for the holes to fill w concrete. The cross boards are 2 x 8 cut at 8’ length. The boards on top are mitered 2 x 6 cut at 36” lengths.

I have a gardening question, Last year was the worst gardening year I've ever had: all of my crops in all of my extensive raised beds were damaged by pests and fungus and powdery mildews and all those nasty diseases. Is it safe to grow again in these raised beds this year? If not, what do I do?
@briandaniels4
@briandaniels4 Год назад
Whenever plants get disease and pests it’s usually because the plant is not happy. Vulnerable plants become weak plants and are attacked by disease and pests. It’s hard to say what is going on. Common issues are over or under-watering, wrong plant wrong place, over fertilizing, poor soil. And poor soil doesn’t mean you need to go out and spend a bunch of money to fix it. I recommend you become a regular listener of the Joe Gardener Podcast where they cover a lot of garden science.

Just starting a small garden. I’d love to use cardboard for my walking areas but heard that wet cardboard attracts roaches and mice. What do you suggest I could use for preventing this? Thanks so much.
