I'll do anything for science! In all seriousness, it's not worth the risk imo. All tuna is flash frozen so I was confident it wouldn't have parasites. However temperature abuse and bacterial growth is still a risk. Especially with Walmart brand with tuna from Vietnam haha Do you follow Hiroyuki Terada? That's a fair point, I tried to cut everything into identical sizes

a blind taste test is a taste test blindfolded, simple as that. thats what he did. lmao why make it more complicated

unless you can remember and somehow tell how you cut something before just by putting it in your mouth, I'd say this is a solid blind test lol (All the pieces here were very similar in shape so I don't see how he could tell the difference).
