Everybody should plant potatoes. Even if you don't have any land, find some inconspicuous public land and plant some. With food inflation skyrocketing, it's time to learn to grow your own food.
I used to do the farmers market. And I gotta say: the organic interaction from soil to harvest to person to cooking and plating to witnessing. Interaction and reaction is Unbeatable
Oh hell yeah ox heart tomatoes are great. My folks and I been growing them for a few years, slice em up with a little sea salt and you are in heaven. Thanks for sharing this cool process.
Growing up in New Jersey AKA (The garden state)( actually can relate to this. I'm a butcher now and I've got 30+ years in kitchen industry under my belt. Seeing your food in the ground and then on your plate that same day gives you a beautiful feeling of the freshness of mother nature. Excellent content and I look forward to seeing more like this one
There is nothing like the taste of that day picked local farm fresh ingredients used in that night's dishes. That type of tomato I'd be very interested in trying. Matty definitely isn't dumb, he cut out the middleman and is his own produce supplier.
That was some of the most pornographic produce I've ever seen. 😮😮😮 Gorgeous food, shot so beautifully. Great to see how much everyone respects the ingredients.
if anybody has the chance to try the berkley tie dye i highly recommend easily one of my favorite tomatoes we serve them in a tomato and burrata salad were i work BOMB AF
This is one of your best series Matty, also I hope you do a series focused on you working in one of your kitchens, you have such an amazing energy! Hats off to ya
About matty, he really looks more unhealthy and worse every time you you see him. You would think he would take better care of himself with all his success...
