I’d never seen eggplants that look like that, especially like a purple pumpkin! You only see the one variety in grocery stores, you all know what I’m talking about. I thoroughly enjoy these Blue Goose Farm because I learn so much about what goes into farming our foods we eat.

It instantly takes me back to watching public tv or shows of my childhood that had learning segments where the host takes a field trip somewhere and gives you a life in the day of that person's job and makes you appreciate someone's day to day and how they impact the entire world. i love it. so calming. matty has this calm presence of a farming man. then he has the „just a dash“ side, and the coocking something persona. all of those are so different, but the great thing is that you can tell that all of these faces are honest and 100% him.
