I'm shopping for a gift and this video was extremely helpful. I think because I don't completely know the preference toward like traditional vs practical in this case I am going to select something more stereotypical. Not knowing about hunting or skinning your breakdown of why you chose certain aspects was really informative. I appreciate that

You always do a great job describing the knives and the differences between them. Thank you for going through your knives the way you do and giving us info so we can make a good choice! Although, I will say, I don’t think there is a bad choice with any of your knives! They are all amazing.

Can you put an Orange handle on one for me. When I am using a knife in the field on an animal and set it down for a minute, it would help to locate it faster.

@@MontanaKnifeCompany well your the knife company so get on it lol make it with carbon steel, keep the stacked leather because it's awesome...maybe even make the pommel leather as well or leather wrapped steel and make either a kydex sheath or a leather sheath with side draw loops, I'd throw my money at u man lol

Thanks for the vid. I'd like your opinion. I no longer hunt for personal reasons after leaving 3 tours in Vietnam. However, I do Fly-Fish regularly. After going thru all your knives I think my choice would be the Speedgoat Mini in Magnicut. My reasons: lightweight, stainless, easy to attach on my wader straps, and enough paracord in case of survival or emergency. It's just the right blade length for dressing a fish. I live in Colorado and do 90% of my fishing here. The only fish I would keep to eat while camping would be in 12 to 14-inch size. Everything else is released. What do you think? Is that a good choice or do you recommend something else?

Thanks you for your service! We would recommend the full sized Speedgoat in Magnacut - the blade size will give you just a little bit more to work with should you catch a bigger fish, and we also have a filet knife coming back in stock in the next couple of weeks! Our Minigoat is designed for pocket carry, although it could still get the job done as well. Hope this helps!

Was really interested in buying a knife but MKC is all sold out. They do that marketing BS where they create scarcity to drive up the price, while selling out at the same time. I see other companies do the same thing. Not interested in playing that game. Have something for sale on your site or don’t have a site at all.
