I found this video while exploring bluesky and was curious because we plan to visit Italy/France this year. First it should be Palermo but since we start our trip at the end of July it's probably too hot there. So this video inspired us to plan a roadtrip, starting in Germany with a 13-hour drive to Avignon for a short stop, then to our first stay in Menton. After this we will head to Imperia in Italy and after that to our last destination in Italy, Genua. My sincere question is, do you have any tips or recommendations what to visit or where to go to get tasty coffee and food? 😊 I love the video and the different views, also the coast and the architecture are breathtaking 😍🥰 If you have suggestions, please let me now!😊
Hi, you have a great idea for a vacation. I'm incredibly flattered to hear that my video inspired you to take this trip and I'm sure that you will really enjoy your trip. I was born and raised in the province of Imperia, but I no longer live here. However, when I come to these parts, I definitely visit my favorite places and restaurants. I assume that you have already chosen the hotels you will stay at along the way. There are excellent hotels in the area, but I usually stay at Villa Eva Restaurant & Beach in Latte, Ventimiglia commune, which I chose one day by chance, but it immediately struck me with its cleanliness and organization. And I'm very attentive to hygiene. And I became their regular customer. (Villa Eva Restaurant & Beach) this hotel has an excellent restaurant. This restaurant is located on the very coast of the sea and you don't have to be a hotel client to visit it. Around the restaurant there is an amazingly beautiful park and a large parking area. And if you just want to have lunch and drink coffee, you will be amazed at the level of service, cleanliness and organization. At the same time, their prices are excellent and the portions are very large, and the cuisine gives me a reason to proudly recommend them to my foreign friends. My second favorite place in the province of Imperia is RISTORANTE DA ERIO, Vallecrosia - it is a real music museum, not just a restaurant, and it is definitely worth a visit. We haven't booked our stays yet, but we mostly searched for airbnb's because we will stay at three different locations. I will check the hotel you mentioned because we also like it clean ☺️. And I'll be sure to check out your other recommendations as well, all of it sounds really nice especially the restaurant with musical atmosphere (my partner and I are both musicians).
