True about the harmonica. These type of melodies are pretty easy to figure out. If you do it on a tremolo harmonica, it's even easier. Always loved this tune by Neil. Very underated and gold mine progression if you're writing songs. You can learn a lot of off this progression alone.
One of my all time favourites from Neil, beautiful melody and fantastic lyrics. Harvest Moon is an excellent album, full of such beautiful songs. Thx for sharing this Justin!
Excellent video, Justin. The mini tutorial on the harmonica was an added bonus. Definitely a plus when your playing a Neil Young song. You have the note bending down pretty darn well. I have yet to master that. Great job as always!

Thanks for extending with the harmonica 'tutorial', Justin! I bought my G Harmonica because of your 'Heart of Gold' tutorial, and try to practice whenever I can. I'm now able to play single notes reasonably well, and now, after watching this video here, I'll try my luck with bending notes as you showed ... . But playing guitar and harmonica at the same time is still a challenge for later I guess.

Another great classic song by Neil Young, I played almost all his music back in the day. There is no certain way to learn the harmonica, it has to just come to you by practice. and becoming part of the instrument. Thanks again Justin
You could say the same about guitar. There are many self-taught players. All you really nees to learn both guitar and blues harp is internet connection. Lots of great, free educational materials out there.

Got to be honest, I always thought you were a great guitar teacher, a good guitarist but just an average singer (probably because you concentrate on songs for their guitar detail rather than ones that suit your vocals). But you've nailed this! Also like the harmonica.

Very cool! I’ve been playing a lot of Neil lately and my strumming has changed so much because of it. It blows me away how playing the greats can bring so many hidden lessons into the light! I’ve also been learning harmonica for the past month or so. Super fun! Have you ever ver heard the spider to the fly by the stones??? Great song… my goal is to sing strum and play harmonica.
