Actually, I've always enjoyed sailing ships - whether on the sea in the Caribbean or here in Switzerland. It always gave me this feeling of being free. You can find me mainly on the outside decks of the ships because I love to feel the wind. And this sound of "floating above the water", letting your gaze glide over the water, getting this distant view where you can see something but actually just absorb this peace.
I always had a little respect for the schedules of the ships. My grandparents used to be professionals in reading such schedules. Today, these talents are no longer needed. You either check the website of the Vierwaldstättersee Schifffahrtgesellschaft to see how to get from A to B, or then you simply check the SBB app for the connections.
I'm so looking forward to showing you whole ship excursions with hiking routes in the spring
