My brother did this to his vw caddy 15 years ago with a tt motor. Needless to say he replaced the gearbox pretty quick. Not as quick as the gears that left the box though.

Leave manifold as is, looks great silver. who has a white intake manifold? all that matching paint on everything is silly kids stuff. Love this build ty for the vid.
Intake colour totally depends on what look you are going for. If you want it to look like it came out the factory that way, then keep it stock colours. If you want it to look like a custom fit engine, then I'd say paint the black parts too. Not sure if I'd go with the white all over tho, rather create your own design. Nice work, can't wait to see it progress 👍
S&P doesn’t ship to the Uk unfortunately, I had to order it to a family members house in the USA and get them to post it to me, the only option in the UK is epytec, they do a full mount kit including driveshafts
