@@firstklass8784 You can hire people but you should get a few deals yourself because to make this a business you'll have to develop systems and KPIs. without the basic skills in the lead gen department how will you be able to pivot if things change in your market and you don't know how to educate your VAs of that change. Stay consistent break things down into small steps. You can do this business. The competition hopes that you quit keep that in mind.

@@allanisbest6916 i see not saying its not worthy but 3 years for 1 deal in any instance is not to sweet but as long as youve made progrss since thats all that really matters, & no ive been in sales /cold calling since i was 18 im 28 now, about to start wholesaleing i will let you know how it goes, to me the only diffrence is obviously the lingo but to get up to speed with should be no problem

This video is helping me out the most. I've quit a couple times already wholesaling and need to just get into the routine and grow it from there to keep being consistent. I will look forward to hiring and building a team because that means we would be getting deals. The confidence has been the hardest part for me because I came into this wholesale world pretty confident since its such a simple process. But I've learned it's the consistency and setting myself up for success in the beginning to keep going with a team. Can't wait to get there. Thank you.

Jerry this is an incredible video, thank you im currently in the elephant challenge that pace morby started and im having the same problem hes having, I feel like the challenge is so saturated and im having trouble getting questions answered and even getting started. Im currently in a house that I bought in october of 22 and was gonna flip quickly but had trouble with the contractors so I moved in and im almost ready to list it and sell it. But for some reason I dont feel like im getting to where I need to be, I dont learn well by being om zoom calls with 100s of people because im competing for time with everyone else, but hey love your channel jerry
What Jerry is talking about is something called “future pacing“ it’s the utmost practice of being mindful, and in the moment. For example, summer vacation! Yes, summer vacation is great but wasn’t it great last week of school before the summer? Wasn’t the high bigger than that of let’s say the middle of July?

This was great. I’m at my 9 months mark. I don’t want to quit but im taking some time to evaluate my business. I was going to go all in with getting a loan and building the systems with employees now that I know what to do. I think im going to just do agent outreach and when I get my first deal scale from that to decrease financial risk. Thanks for the content 💯
don't take out loans for any business venture unless you are certain, you'll make your money back. I know I'm just a stranger, but trust me on this, and by certainty, I mean you know the amount you are going to make and WHEN you are going to make it.
Worked on it for six months while recovering from my stroke used my last for the program and couldn’t find a deal adequate for payment so i spent all my remaining resources had to go back on the truck
