FROM | S3 Official FULL-LENGTH TAILER Analysis 

They are having a whole funeral for someone, and literally NO ONE cared when Tom, the bartender, died! Poor Tom! 🤣

A few things I noticed... 1. The guy Jade sees drinking from the skull does look like he's from an older era in general, but his shoes appear to be modern sneakers or cleats. Interesting... 2. We've already seen that Victor will hide things that bring him painful memories (like hiding Eloise's drawings in his mom's car's trunk), so I assume the map he's holding is a map to where he buried something that he now needs to remember. 3. Agreed about Tabitha visiting Eloise's house. I'm thinking Eloise set up the bottle tree as a signal that anyone who escaped Fromland through the lighthouse would recognize, to signify that there's someone at this house who can help them (or at least believe them). 4. I feel almost sure that the man Tabitha meets at that house (Henry) will turn out to be Victor and Eloise's father. The actor who plays him (Robert Joy) is 20 years older than Scott McCord, who plays Victor. 5. I think the creatures are attacking the animals to help force the Fromlanders into starvation. That may also be why we see Mrs. Liu and the others outside after dark... they may be desperate to try and protect their last livestock. 6. I have to presume that Ethan opens the door because he's given some reason to think it was Jim or Tabitha at the door. But the creatures haven't shown an ability to change their voices before, so I'm not sure how that would work. I think the fact that he opened the door for her is why she can come in (same as with Kevin opening the window at Colony House in season 1). 7. I agree that's a funeral we're seeing in the church, but I'm afraid it may be for Mrs. Liu. Note that Kenny is sitting in the front row opposite Boyd. As for why Ethan might be going up, remember that the Mathews family has been living at the Liu house, so with Tabitha gone, Tian Chen may have been filling a bit of a foster mother role for Ethan. 8. I think the new arrival we see is law enforcement. I'm guessing the ambulance was transporting an injured suspect when it encountered the fallen tree, and the police officer was riding in the back with one of the EMTs. 9. Gross as it sounds, I *_hope_* Fatima is pulling out teeth. When I first saw the trailer, I thought she may have been eating flesh. It's clear the townies will be facing hungry times in S3, and there's a ton of folklore tales about evil that happens when people turn to cannibalism (such as turning into a wendigo). I agree with how great the trailer is. I can't wait for Sep. 22!

Theres a theory on reddit that one of the drawings shows an eclipse over the town. This could happen in S3 which would explain how Boyd gets ambushed, the monsters being there when people are outside, and why Ethan opens the door because he thinks it’s still daytime.

This trailer was insane. It's completely out of order, but it had a lot of interesting sneak peaks. I can't wait to discover what those other buildings were and what else they find in the forest.

Interesting that the food goes bad, the monster all of a sudden kill the animals and the chef is killed in the same time period, I do believe Reel enigmas is right about the starving time and 1609

rember the granny got up on the roof in eps 1 and her or someone had knocked the tailmans to the floor either before or after the first slaughter of megan and her mom/ so maybe she can use voice manipulation to trick her victims coz rember megan said you dont look like my gramma

Mrs Lu has met her end, sadly. The log homes behind the “ scare crows” appear also at the end of season 2, The rotting vegetables look to be frost bitten that’s how they look after a frost. That’s Eloise and Victor father at the home with the bottle tree. Fatima has pulled out a tooth hence the blood on her lip. New EMT worker? Bear trap in the area of the 18th century log homes?

@derekhiemforth Maybe that man drinking out of the skull is a holdout who's surviving in those other buildings in the forest. He could be a cannibal or a man out of time...or maybe he's just another hallucination of Jades hinting at some deeper meaning to their being in Fromville. I love discussing theories.

Did anyone notice the old lady who Ethan and Julie open the door for is visiting the exact same house from the first episode? maybe she has some tie to that house? idk

Fatima might be loosing her teeth due to lack of nutrients combined with pregnancy. Supernatural or not, pregnancy takes a serious toll on the body.

I think Kenny's mom died for several reasons. One, whoever that person is they are very small as you can see when Boyd is holding their body, and 2. The scene of Kenny crying in the Diner with the lights off and the windows closed where his Mom worked at and smashing the musicbox out of anger. Seems likely.

IMO Ellis dies to break Boyd There are three secret fairies amongst the cast of characters, Donna has to be one of them She's the only character without connections or backstory almost like she's being overlooked in plain sight

Thank god dude i was worried about Fatima being the one in the barn scene but the fact that she’s not even showing yet means it’s probably something else, judging by the shoe and the tiny foot in the cart I do still think it’s a woman, that could be part of the reason the witch lady chases the two kids out the back door, all to lead them to the barn to try and “break” Boyd. This show is gonna be nuts dude.

Your video makes me worry the worst but I won't say that part. I do believe you need a person with some psychic abilities to be wormholed into the from universe or parallel reality. I'm curious if the pregnancy will be faster like the healing rate or if they lose that with the change. Sorry a ramble but tons to go off of.

sad part is that the final episode of season 3 won't be until late December and I won't watch it until I can binge all of them

This is a spoiler warning I believe it was episode 5 or 6 but I think it was 6 the wife in the husband are looking through the diner storage and the wife finds his bracelet and tell the husband about it that he lost it in the hospital but in the last episode of season 2 we realized she wakes up from the hospital could that be the same hospital from the bracelet

I believe victor is driving those monsters and the end game is da town actually slaughter each other and turn into da monsters until a new group arrive

Going shot for shot: After watching the body wagon opening, I do think that’s Kenny’s Mom the night after the attack. I think this is after Boyd gets tied up in the shed in the previous teaser we’ve seen. The scene where Ethan is by the swing-set has Boyd walking up and I feel like this is when Boyd tells him they’ve found Tabitha’s body. I think this is before Kenny’s mom gets killed. Jade’s visions I think are more informative and are meant to decipher but aren’t harmful, I think they’re meant to be informative which is why we see him making the spider web later which maybe he’s trying to dissect this as string theory? I am curious on what the significance of the dude missing his right eye. I feel like Ethan or Victor had that depicted in a drawing in earlier seasons. I think the significance of the guy drinking from the skull is that they have to start eating each other to stay alive. Jim seems very calm for someone whose wife is just gone. That’s perplexing me tbh. The whole family in fact. Tin Foil Theory - The rotting of the food is obviously the fairies tainting the land, I’d be curious on what the mythology in the Celtic fairy tales say on that. I do wonder what Victor and Sarah are talking about, he says “ what’s within “ but he has his tree map so something to keep an eye on. I do think that it’s Victors uncle and he had Eloise committed after coming home. He clearly didn’t paint them as it seemed like he was very uncomfortable by the paintings but strangely okay with the bottle trees so maybe Eloise was committed but is living with Victors uncle. But how does Tabitha meet his uncle? Did the priest connect them? Probably. But if you screenshot the scene where the possible Uncle is in his hallway and look at the family photos the photo in the far left looks like it’s in fact him with Victor, Eloise and their Mom. But he could just bear a striking resemblance. It looks like Kenny and Jim are adventuring into the wild to find Tabitha. Who put the HooDoo like dolls into the ground? Those are new and seem super important. I think they may be the slow walkers answer to the Talismans. Like, why would they all be outside at night during the attack where I think Kenny’s mom is killed and the milkman eviscerated the cow in? I think the talismans have been cancelled out by the HooDooesque totems (that’s what I’m calling them). The only thing I can think of is this is after the food supply has died and they randomly saw one of the cattle and tried to get it so they could have food but it was a trap which would make sense since the next shot is Boyd talking about the food shortage. What the deal with that fucking puppet again?!?!?! That one I still can’t place its significance. I think the bell ringing is to call the town meeting/funeral. WHY DID ETHAN LET IN NANA MONSTER?!?!? I do think Julie gets injured here and it’s significant and maybe she makes it and maybe she doesn’t. I think she does but is out of commission storyline wise. The line where the game is rigged from Donna, she said why can’t HE leave us alone? Does she mean God? Or? I think it’s Krysti who gets her foot stuck in the bear trap. Could also be Randall 🤷🏼‍♂ Who is the ems lady pulling the gun?!?! Maybe that vehicle pulled in at night and that’s why multiple characters are outside? I think Randall gets got this season, maybe in the same ambush where Kenny’s mom is killed. I think the person putting their hand over Ethan’s mouth is Jade, you can see a big beard in the frame. With Fatima pulling out her teeth it could be the pregnancy or maybe it’s her actually turning into that creature we saw her as last season in homeboy’s vision? Both seem plausible. Maybe the baby is killing her from the inside out and the baby is actually being born as a fairy or changeling kind of creature and that could also be what made everyone uncomfortable. The fact that the diner monster had the keys to me seems like they quickly kill the ems lady so it adds to the body count of the ambush and Donna asking how many did you lose. I feel like everyone will move to Colony house this year for safety. Except Boyd. I think he stays in the police office. The most interesting thing in the trailer for me is the phone call. It might be the dude who answered the radio call which is probs most likely to pay the radio tower plot off. But I think it could be Tabitha. Which would be a major mind fuck and way to bend the reality.

Why does it look like there is a truck in the middle of the pond outside the window in the hospital that Tabitha looks out of? Edit: Also, the service in the church is definitely a memorial service. You can see the foot of the corpse wrapped in cloth in the background on the other side of the doorway.

My hypothesis is that the plot of FROM draws inspiration from North American, particularly the United States. The magical elements in FROM appear to be influenced by Native American traditions, hoodoo/voodoo practices, and religious rituals.

The talisman’s magic only works as long as there is no breach: open/broken window, door, etc. As long as it’s an enclosed, unbreached space, the talisman will keep them out. In previous seasons they used a blanket or sheet on the broken windshield of the caravan to make the enclosed space, or a camping tent in the outdoors… Don’t forget how they got into the mansion…
