No need to run to the lumber yard! We mill some Poplar boards on our mill and nail them to our shed for siding. Wet winter storm makes a slushy mess!!!

We had that storm in New Brunswick yesterday as well as one just like it a week ago. I can't get over the huge number of trees I lost in the two storms. Shed is looking good.

Glad you’re ok, it was a serious storm yesterday!I currently have no power, I have a portable generator to keep the internet on so I could upload the video. Yes, trees are down everywhere! Luckily we made out ok but I will be posting yesterday’s storm in the next few days. Lost some nice pine I would have like to see grow some more but it will be put to good use.

Hey Andy. Hope you made it through that storm alright. The wind was nuts! We lost another shelter king. Looks like ill be building a shed like yours this summer Lol. Lost power for a few hours but we have a generac generator. Downtown Dover and Guilford is a mess.

We did ok! Other than no power…. But our power lines made it through the storm so I’m very grateful for that! (South wind was not good) Ohh no! Ya build a shed hopefully it will last longer 🤞. Ya end of pine street in Dover at Robinson to the Redemption center was under water! I have a lot of uprooted trees that went down you will see them in a few days in the next video. Glad you made out ok other than the shelter

@CentralMaineOutdoorsman I haven't really done a thorough damage assessment yet but I'm sure I'll be busy. Yeah I have a small shelter bone yard going now. That's the third one in 2 years. Needless to say I'm done with those things.

Wish i had a lumber mill, have quite a lot of aspen trees nearby. 15-20" thick and 50-60 feet tall. Would make quite nice panneling wood i think.

That sounds like my property. I’m putting them to use anyway I can. I did use some on my cabin for sheathing also. This mill is under 4000$ if you interested in a mill someday.

Did you have much wind we had quite a bit down here 60/65 mph, shed is looking good.

We had some heavy wind. Most trees had uprooted due to the ground being so wet and soft. Luckily we made out alright! Working on day 4 of no power tomorrow 😞

If it’s one thing it’s another eh? Gotta do what’s more important then go back to the lesser things. Shed’s coming along nice. Good enough. Read about trees down. When ya catch up the ol kioti will lend a helping hand. Take care

Very true! Ya I’m sure you will see the kioti in action very soon! A lot to clean up!
